Hey man. Been following you for awhile. I've had my 23 650 for almost one year. It's almost at 1500 miles and I use it mostly for work here in California. It's been a great bike for me as I'm a beginner. Hope u enjoy that MT07 bro! If I do upgrade, I will probably go bigger, but I like the fairing bikes versus naked, but more upright like 1000SX. Wish z900 came in a fairing version
I'll do a proper review of the MT-07 soon. Only had it for a couple of days. Weather not great here. Ninja 400, 500, 650 are the only fairing bikes that are comfortable. I wouldn't get anything that's over 450 pounds. Trust me, I did 21000 miles in less than 2 yrs on 2 bikes and weight really matters. Any heavier, I would have dropped my bikes multiple times!!!
@@genxjya I know in your vid u said u always wanted a Yamaha, but what made u want to get rid of your 650? Seems like u were good at working on it and U have done as many upgrades as I have. Spark plugs shouldn't be too difficult. I did a lot of TST upgrades to mine and cosmetic stuff. My bike runs great. It has this weird thunking noise at idle though (kind of like a backfire pop) Other then that, it runs great. I do agree on the weight too. I'm about 5'6" too so flat footing something bigger then the 650 is also a concern. Looking forward to your next vid!
@guambombrc Well I was due for the 7.5k service which I didn't want to do myself. Would have cost minimum $800. Also, had to get clutch replaced under warranty mostly due to my error. Those are the 2 main reasons and my daughter was embarrassed I was riding around town on a green sport bike 😅. Since you only got 1500 miles on it just keep it. Can't get much better comfortable good looking fairing bike than the 650.
@@genxjya Haha-Yes I watched your vids too on exhaust as well as many others. Was really going to do the Yoshi full exhaust but for the 650 parallel twin, I don't think there is any better then stock for the sound the 2 cylinder makes. I decided to just stay with stock.
This would have so many more views without the question mark. Just say what you traded it in for in the description for more views!!! 🤦♂️
I did this since I had another vid picking up the Yamaha MT-07. Anyway, thnx for idea.

@@guambombrcAlso, don't get the aftermarket exhaust. I was getting terrible gas mileage. Took it off before trading in.
