The accord hold the world record for all boosted no nitrous fastest 10gen with

@@spvcebound Sound of the valvetrain. Exhaust note. I also dont like the factory tuning these days big low end torque and tapering off up top/ top of midrange when its time to rev. That can be changed of course. Also the fact that a boosted 4 cylinder is going to be quite a bit more stressed than a boosted 6 or boosted 8 over its lifetime. Just not my cup-o-tea but l mean I have a list of my favorite modern turbo 4 cylinders turbo cars

@@spvcebound 718 is a beast but that 4 cylinder 2.5T got replaced again back to a 6. That 2.5T was torquey but Porsche gave it characteristics of top end pull to redline which was cool

My mom has this same car it’s a white 2021 Honda accord 2.0T that thing has the sport looking alloy wheels with a wing and it sounds and looks very nice for the time frame. I can’t believe how well the engine performs almost similar to the new honda type R.

Sounds about right with a bolt-on turbo and Ethanol. Modern turbocharged engines are basically like this. SRT-4 as well (03-05). Sickness.

Simple @axion_industries for the tubo and all other parts that @prlmotorsports make for the car. The accord don't need exhaust but that up to you for sound.
How’s reliability with full bolt ons? I have a 2018 tlx aspect which I can’t do much to. Is the 2.0t sport and touring the same engine?

Watching this 1 day before I pick up my car. Tuner sent me the dyno graph and it made 507whp @ 6psi. Super excited to get in it and get used to the new power. It's gonna feel totally different going from N/A to boosted.

what year is your car? and how much did you spend on mods? I'm in the market for cheap performance
@@jmhellison 2018 they can be found for 22-25k and total mods including 2 drag packs and the fk8 seats and body mods 20k. On engine mods about 6-8k
My 2.0 accord has a stage 2 ktune, v2 prl intake and prl intercooler. What you recommend I do next? I’m undecided with a Downpipe because of the emissions and stuff

Probably not the turbo alone.. As long you keep it under 400whp or 400tq should last for long long time I know Alex fastest accord XGEN with nitro has gone tru 2x transmission, feliz Joel burned up the clutches with 480whp. I had it got 6 months now with that power actually I'm at 480+whp now no issues yet.
According to Joel, one of the OG record holders, took his 2.0T 10AT fully modified to 100k (~450HP) until the turbo took a crap, the engine & transmission were still going strong however. IIRC he said he did transmission fluid change every 10k or so since he was beating on it pretty hard

About 18mpg e60 and 21mpg on 93 driving on sport mode always. Don't know why you would drive any other way 😉

These modern 4 banger turbos are awesome...I have a 17 Camaro I4 turbo FBO and tuned with a Spec stage 1 clutch and aluminum flywheel and man does she rips. I was tailing a Corvette today...he couldn't get away from me.

@@huntersc5650 True...but he was certainly hitting the gas...and I wasn't full throttle either...the lightweight flywheel has given my car big acceleration gain and my 4 banger is faster than my 17 Camaro SS...I don't think you've ever driven a FBO turbo 4 banger...they are certainly threats to stock V8s.

@@wantapgt yeah it's same engine so tranny should bolt right up then be just matter of fabricating brackets to attach the diff and axles should be direct swap. Atleast the big brakes it's direct swap. For now I was not planning to be #1 it just happend so I'm in no hurry but I am working on making it more reliable

Quick question, I was watching savagegeese’s review of the new accord and I heard him mention that the engineers claimed 1.5 actually has a higher ceiling for unpgrades and power. Wouldn’t the CVT transmission in the 1.5 not be suitable for major power upgrades? Or were they referring to the manual 1.5? Or is that even a true statement ?
Don't even bother doing mods to the 1.5t it's a weaker internal engine won't hold 300+whp..second it's cvt no good for any mods... Just get the 2.0t that has same internals as fk8 and can hold 550whp plus the 10AT can hold 500+TQ

Don't buy a 392. They're bad mod engines. Get a 6.1 SRT like mine. I put a blower on at 6psi and it's making 507whp.

On 93+meth 446whp I don't run it or been tuned in 93 alone. It's at 480whp now with E60+meth

On street I'm on 20 normal tires on track slicks Hoosier or nitto street radials. I do need upgrade to some 19s and better tires for daily

@@steveh3734 the PSAS4's are fantastic tires. I ran them year round on my GTI, but having just gotten some lighter wheels and PS4S's, the all seasons are now my winter set.
But the DWS06+ is a newer, more advanced compound. I can't remember much about it but I think Continental made consistent performance the focus, so there isn't a big improvement on dry handling (over the previous model), and instead wet/snow performance was improved a lot.

It is 10 speed automatic the power at 480whp now. It's dual combination clutch transmission not CVT.. The CVT only available on 1.5t accords not 2.0t

22mpg always on sport mode always heavy on gas.. About 18mpg on E85
