Victor’s last name, “Aguilar” means “Eagle.” Often, Penguin’s henchmen in the comics, animated series, and etc. have bird-themed names like “Mr. Lark” “Mr. Peregrine,” or “Mr. Condor.” So “Mr. Eagle” was always fated/doomed to become a Penguin goon.

Penguin getting that councilman to turn the power on was a mobile thing but he didn’t do it cause he has a kind heart. He did it for his mom and to make her proud of him. And also that councilman. Hady is in the comics and is is dirty. In the comics he worked for Carmine Falcone. Which means we may see s9me more shady stuff from Hady in future products.

20:06 this speech had me seeing through his bs as if he’s a real person. He had a point but if he was among them like his comic counterpart who was born with a silver spoon in his mouth. Penguin wanted to be in the rich neighborhoods looking down on all the bad neighborhoods in disgust and only filling his pockets and not helping those in need like how Bruce Wayne does.

Hello again Biss aka Bliss ❤❤ well it's hard to choose on which team of criminal underground and overground worlds i am , Oz was taking everything from Sofia starting with brutal killing of her own brother and so on and on , and now Sofia slowly taking everything back after creating new empire , the end of this episode i was so upset of what Oz girlfriend did while betraying his location whereabouts , poor mom of Oz , including Victor 💔💔.
