ITV(1) at 20: The Ultimate Regional Ident Collection (Series 2)

The Year: 2002 The Date: 28th October The Time: 9:25 AM. At this moment ITV (in England, Wales and Southern Scotland) became a single channel for the first time ever, as it remains to this day. In recognition of this milestone, I present once more the most comprehensive series of ITV regional idents available on TH-cam. Now over an hour longer than the previous edition, and once again all idents are clean and announcer-free. Now let us step once more back in time to the golden era of British commercial television, and savor the memories of those lost local legends........

Something I’ll note - you don’t seem to have the unique idents they did for UTV after 2002, which they continued doing until about 2020.

That was the entire point. ITV went national after 2002, so I stopped there.

Yep, it's a crappy Carlton ident interwoven into an HTV ident. That's how shoddy it was becoming. And of course with itv1 the rest is history.
