I had so much fun in the multi-player 7 Kingdoms, all the spying and stuff =) KKND was a known title but I never played much, and the myths I never heard of before this day
I played seven kingdoms a lot too! To me it was just so unique for it's time. So much going on in that game at times you don't even realize it, especially with the reputation meter. I missed out on mentioning the spying which can be important method in helping you succeed in that game. It's weird because I played KKND more than Command and Conquer( people are going to hate me for this) and it really was not for any reason why. I was introduced by friends and family to play it more. Myth is an RTT at the end of the day, and it really deviates from the traditional RTS a lot so it's understandable if you have not heard of it honestly. Thanks for watching and commenting!
Look forward to when you cover KKND2 - especially since you sort of 'forgot' to mention that unit experience was a thing in KKND. To be specific, it is pretty similar to what C&C Tiberian Sun had, with units getting progressively stronger and elite infantry gaining the ability to self-heal (though not vehicles in KKND, that was different), though unlike C&C Tiberian Sun which had an icon showing veterancy, KKND uses the borders of the select window you get on the unit to turn different colors to indicate if they were fresh troops, green troops, blue troops, or red troops.
Yes... I realized that after I published the video, I forgot to mention unit experience, Which I believe it is one of the first. I didn't realize that about the select borders. Very interesting and unique. Thanks for the comment and watching!
LOL Honestly Myth is not everyone's cup of tea, I will admit that for sure. But I actually didn't mind it once I got better and stopped having to redo missions. Thanks for the support!
Seven kingdoms and KKND are definitely gems. Great vid!
