SPARTAN RACE BETHEL NY 2021

My first real Spartan race since the “shutdown” Man it feels good to be back! And my amazing gf killed her first OCR!
This sprint was about 3.7 miles long with 20 obstacles. AROO

We filmed eachother so we just held the camera. I held it in my mouth when climbing the cargo net

Going to my first ever race In June. First time doing a 5k much less this obstacle course type thing.
I know it's a general question, but do you have any tips for how to prepare for it. Including what to bring during the race(like water)?
