Yeah indeed. I remember the first time I heard the song, like many young dudes of my age was in GTA SA, I thought it fitted my vision of classic rock perfectly. When I heard the solo I went like "this is awesome, one day I want to learn guitar and play this thing, even though it sounds like it could be so difficult!". Here I am now, learning the instrument for three years and after watching this video, the solo doesn't look that complicated anymore, so we'll see...
Eddie Money along with Southside Johnny & backed up with the Room Full of Blues played at our little college in Upstate NY. I think it was some time in 1978. It just so happens that one of my roommates being from long island new a few of the band members. To this day i consider their show as one of very best I've ever seen. As it turned out one of our roommates was from long island and knew several of he band members.it turned out to be a bonus weekend. as several of the band members ended up staying at our house. Edward Mahoney as i know him back then was such a talented fun loving song writer, singer, entertainer & Rock & Roller. For me he was one of the few artists that knew exactly how to communicate with his audience . Just hoping that he's feeling all the love that his fan base is sending him.. Thanks for sharing your wonderful tallend with us Eddie!!

I met Eddie Money back in the early 90s..... He was playing at the fairgrounds here in Btown....... Eddie had hired a friend of ours in the mid to late 80s...... Johnny Snider was one of the best drummers in the area.......Johnny Snider as far as I know played with Eddie until Eddie got sick.............Eddie was a nice guy and a gentleman...... what a talented guy...... I know he’ll be truly missed........ my condolences to the family......... oh yeah.......the Namm Show’s in January....... let me know if you’re going or would like a ticket........we got a room in Santa Barbara if you would like....... anyway stay frosty.........

I've subscribed the Disco cat 4 years some great great extended stuff I wish the heck I can figure out how to download some of that stuff that Cliff Richard devil woman is phenomenal... some of mr. Lyons great playing right here of course he went on to the Greg kihn band in the 90s.. hard to believe days after the money man we lose Ric ocasek course we lost Benjamin or back in 2000 but man they're going too fast again hope it doesn't turn into 2016😢😇🎶🎸
