First Day of Summer on the K&P Trail

To celebrate the first full day of summer, and perhaps more importantly, the end to our first heatwave of the year, I take the dogs to Harrowsmith to walk the rail trails.
We head east on the Cataraqui Trail and then catch the K&P Trail south to Murton Road and back. All in all this is about 14km of walking. It's a mostly cloudy and cool day at 18-22C. The birds are active and enjoying the cooler weather too.

Beautiful video! Happy Summer to you as well! Another great video, as weather, and scenery appear near perfect. The sounds of nature are so appealing. Besides Black Bears, I could see Bigfoot finding appeal in this habitat. Everything is so beautiful! Thank you for sharing this video, Todd. Pat
