Hi, great video but I have a question. If I understood correctly, the pump introduces high pressure fluid at "neutral" right? So then with this set up how would it be possible to execute a reaction stroke (so like the rod moving to the right)? There is no high-pressure input into the hydraulic cylinders' gland end.

that was a great explanation..i do have a doubt though..this kind of sounds stupid..but..can we use a normal valve for operating a hydraulic cylinder to lift up-to 100 kg of weight??and by normal valve..i meant water flow control valve..its for a project by the way..any help would b appreciated..:-)
