You forgot to try caspers in this! A little tip, when in a casper the most realistic way to exit is by doing an inward heelflip motion. Creates that natural shuvit scoop type exit from it!
Bro, try up-n-down manuals in banks in Session. (yes it possible, but you need to catch a moment at the peak of upward manual when your skater stops and reinput your stick (slightly down for nose manual to switch manual, slightly up for regular manual to fakie manual.) It could be really frustrating at first attempts.
Awesome! Thanks for trying out the experimental stuff. You can actually do darkslides really easily, all you have to do is do a flip, then input a boardslide/lipslide when the board is upside down above a rail or something. Although I didn't see darkslides in your settings, maybe thats PC only? Don't know! But they look sick.
I like this game man.....ITS SO CALMING! The ONLY thing that holds me back.....is not being able to fully experience the experimental part of this game. I bet you could have skate 3 controls on PC if ya wanted somehow.....and more clothes.......and places to skate......different board shapes and sizes......DIFFERENT FUNNY WHEELS THAT MAKE NO SENSE there's so much fun you could have with skateboarding in real life that you could simulate with this game......just hope the devs are half as active as the other ones that made SkaterXL. I have nothing truly negative about this game to say and it is definitely a very fun thing to play..........almost 4 hours on a tutorial and I'm still satisfied 😂
late tricks and dark slides are fun but i forget about them a lot because i get them too often unintentionally if i just play with both turned on all the time, so i just end up going long stretches of time without ever pulling up that part of the options menu
I love doing Primos in the game, but I wish I knew how many I've done so far. They don't show up in the stats section. I guess I have to go by Primo Kick/Kickflip. Love the stats feature and I'm trying to figure out how much is missing. I don't see Primos, Caspers, or Big Flips. I don't think Modern Ghetto Birds are there either, even though they are required for the story.

The first few tricks i ever learned was the primo and casper jus because you dont really need to know how to skate to do em lol
Haha yeah I guess we all kind of start skating by doing those tricks that require no skate knowledge, just flick the board over and hope for the best!

I did a primo 5050 grind on a big rail in san francisco map but forgot to clip it :( took me 20 minutes
And only experimental thing i want in is wallrides and maybe a grab or sum
