Pope Benedict XVI, please pray for us. Amen 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
Great episode! Pope Benedict XVI, pray for us. 🙏
When I joined the Church in college, I went home for Easter break and so was confirmed a week late. This meant that I came in the day after JP II left. Benedict was, in a sense, always my Pope. The thing that I respect the most about him was that he was the first to begin his papacy in a really post-Christian Europe. JPII became Pope post-Vatican II, but still in a very different world than what Francis had to face. And he faced it well.
Fathers have good taste in his drinks 🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻❤️
Excellent overview of B16! I ordered the Wed talks from OSV after watching. ❤
Super intelligent and also entertaining! I enjoy this - it grows my faith and is intellectually stimulating - THANK YOU!!
What did you do with Fr Gregory Pine? Where is he?
The five Godsplaining friars rotate. He will come up in a few episodes. He just released a video on Pints with Aquinas if you so desire to see him sooner.
Um...NORTHERN Germany is Lutheran territory. Bavaria has traditionally been Catholic. Some of my family came from there.😊
I will order "Jesus of Nazareth".
2:41 How can it be that Dominicans familiar with the St. Rose Priory have committed such an error? Because it's made by Catholics in the heartland of U.S. Catholicism, bourbon is the correct beverage if one chooses to drink spirits! Even if you haven't made that pilgrimage, surely the friars from St. Louis Bertrand have informed you of this truth?
Pope Benedict gave us back the true Mass. I love him for that.
Or did he? 🤔
Didn't the Historical Critical method downplay the supernatural?
The thumbnail smile on the left is alittle too disarming.
a saintly but maligned Pope....may his prayers convert the current prelates in the Church
Funny, many would describe Pope Francis the same way.
...plz tell me Fr. Patrick has EZ PASS by now... 😂
I read the Ratzinger Report. The wild-eyed V2 ers hated it.
Yes. JP2 was a superstar, Benedict was a saint.
John Paul II is a saint. You don't have to like it, but if his canonization disturbs you so, then perhaps you should convert to a religion that perfectly aligns with your sociopolitical ideology.
Why can't you say which document is better? Fiducia Supplicans is a sick joke.
...just like yr comment? 🤔😁

Undo that twist you forced your knickers to get into. Fiducia Supplicans isn't a mandate, and it essentially says, "eh, keep doing what you are doing."
