@@taylorchoi5803 I do it 10 min each side minimum. I lost 1.25 inch on my waist the first week. Only on second week. And you'd be surprised that it affects your chest and arms because of how you have to raise them! (I lost ~0.5 inch on my chest and band).

Just keep trying it every day. I couldn’t keep it up at all when I started, have never been able to hula hoop even as a child. And I couldn’t do it for more than a couple of minutes without being in pain. I can literally hula while watching a two hour movie now - so don’t give up!
I think you're supposed to do 20 mins a day, 4 days a week. Plus, proper calorie counting and dieting. As well as, a good floor routine for abs. Just a hula hoop for 35 mins, isn't really going to get results.
my sister bought one and i think it’s a lot of fun! it’s less like workout workout and more like a fun challenge trying to keep it up and spinning longer so you kinda trick yourself into doing more 😊
I have two hula hoops one is a perfect circle and the other one is wavy like the one on the video. Every time I use the wavy hula hoop it hurts my back. Anyways else? PS I use my hula hoops for 30 mins -1 hr 3-4 times a week.
You need to do it longer than just 5 minutes a side to get bigger results

After 2 days you no longer bruise tho. I've been doing it a week and a half now btw. I do it on bare skin almost every day and I don't bruise.
