      This is New Jersey. NJ has easily some of the most restrictive gun laws in the entire country. No one here would even have been legally allowed to own a firearm. But let's say someone had an AR and saved the neighborhood, the law would have come down on him even harder than if the excavator operator surrendered after causing all of that destruction.

    • @JG-lo1vb
      @JG-lo1vb ปีที่แล้ว

      @@TheRealPDizzle Well that may be true but when a maniac is destroying an entire neighborhood, people probably aren't too worried about the law in that moment and a court case can be appealed if you are charged but its obviously self defense. These anti 2A states will stay that way until the people in those states stop making excuses and just follow the constitution. But I do agree and unfortunately no one in this situation had the balls or ability to stop this maniac for over 30 minutes sadly. I can't understand why anyone lives in these democrat hell holes at this point. Oh and it doesn't matter if it's an AR or a Shotgun or Pistol as long as it's legally owned, you have the right to defend yourself regardless of what New Jersey says.

    I do not think Heymeyer went out of his way to attack only unoccupied buildings. For one thing, he crashed into the home of the mother of one of the people he had a beef with. It's so easy to try to be a tough guy and act tough but you're right you don't know how far someone's willing to go is it worth your life? So many situations you share on this channel that could be avoided if people didn't over react. Thank you for trying to teach that to people, honestly feel it has helped me in my life and certain situations where I thought about this and was like man is this worth all the trouble? Especially something like road rage which we all endure if we drive. Not only the obvious don't over react and start the road rage but also if someone is doing it to you to not over react. It's just not worth it.

    someone took a watered down approach to what Marvin John Heemeyer did, RIP Killdozer!
    Marvin John Heemeyer (October 28, 1951 - June 4, 2004) was an American automobile muffler repair shop owner who demolished numerous buildings with a modified bulldozer in Granby, Colorado, on June 4, 2004.
    Heemeyer had feuded with Granby town officials, particularly over fines for violating city health ordinances after he purchased property with no sewage system. Over about eighteen months, Heemeyer had secretly armored a Komatsu D355A bulldozer with layers of steel and concrete.[1] On June 4, 2004, Heemeyer used the bulldozer to demolish the Granby town hall, the house of a former mayor, and several other buildings.[1] He killed himself after the bulldozer got stuck in the basement of a hardware store he was destroying.
