Automatically created ads seems to have created a lot of issues for my clients. They end up getting a lot of calls, but they're irrelevant to their business. I think that Google is just making stuff up in the ads to get people to call, but the calls are junk. Any thoughts on that?
Is it possible to exclude a word from the copy Google creates? Reason for asking is, in the past, a competitor's brand name appeared in my copy using a dynamic setting. Thank you

Hey Ben. Would you please teach, how you target the right audience. In an unknown industry how to target audience and filter out relevant ones. Thanks.
I guess this will become compulsory around the time that Google removes exact and phrase match types by the end of the year. Not impressed with AI in Google ads, Pmax sucks at lead gen.

Yes if that's included a negative keyword then Google shouldn't automatically generate it and use it.

Does google randomly chooses accounts that can view and use this tool?
I leave this off. Prefer to have well organized campaigns and quality ad copy. Does the trick!
Sure, a whole bunch of features are personal preference. So far we've been liking it.
