I'm delighted to present this to you all! Please pardon if I have mispronounced Malayalam words by mistake - I have tried my best to deliver the lyrics as effectively as possible - being someone who is not a native speaker of Malayalam, I thank you so much for your love and support. This has been a way for me to learn how to pronounce Malayalam - a musical language ❤🎉
Your pronunciation was really great ! I had been waiting for some musician to analyse the raga(s) of this song to confirm my guesses were right 😅 Thank you so much for the video.
Amazing 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 pronounciation ..,❤
Appada!! Thank you 🙏🏾👍🏾
@@isaipayanam I would like to think of a world where each and every person has something they are so passionate about. Just the way you are about music. What a world would it be!! Periyone en rahmaney!! will that happen??
It was interesting to learn about this beautiful song in depth. You make it easier to understand in your own special way. Unlike some other Rahman songs, it did not catch me in the beginning. However, I realized later that it grew on me over time after having listened to it in serene quietness. I find the Malayalam version quite fitting to the nuances in the composition. I want to learn to sing this myself. I do have the challenge of pronunciation since my mother tongue is Tamil. Dealing with D minor is another challenge. I want to make a continuous melange of two other songs (Paatum Naane and Kannaa Varuvaaya) based on Gawri Manohari raga with this song. Thanks for talking about this beautiful composition. All the best to you.
Dr. Charulatha Mani does a great job of taking Carnatic music to the masses. Real work without unnecessary talk. Well done!
