After talking to y'all at Oshkosh this plane is the goal. It may take 10 years but I am making it my mission to get one!
Come see us again in July!
What an incredible aircraft. The new changes make it even safer to fly. Good work!!!
Thank you!
Bleed air on the windscreen is brilliant!
We think so too!
Wow, great presentation on your impressive efforts!
Thank you very much!
I am a cirrus SR22T owner this is the next plane I would get. I would love a test flight anytime. This plane is absolutely amazing.
@cirruslife232 We'd love to connect and discuss your next airplane. We're launching a US demo tour later this month. You can view the schedule here: epicaircraft.com/demotour/
Hopefully you’re progressing on adapting the PT6E-67X motor into airframe such that we can have a single lever full fadec operation 👍
Stay tuned!
E1000 is a dream, amazing work
We think it's a dream machine too!
Absolutely incredible
Great detail. Very educational on the process.
Glad you liked it!
I'm curious, what brought you guys to decide against a deicing boot on the vertical stabilizer? Similar aircraft (TBM 960 and Piper M600) both have one fitted on their vertical stabilizers, so I'm curious what part of your testing (or just aircraft design) indicated that it wasn't needed.
I remember going to the factory in bend when it was only a kit. Seeing all the molds for the fuselage wing and tail section was amazing. I think they were using engines from beech starships at the time. Not sure what they use today but what an amazing airplane.
Pratt & Whitney engine (PT6A-67A 1200 HP)
Perfect timing! Now let's getting FIKI with it!
Love it!

This plane and company just continues to get better and better .and better
what I'm most wondering about now , and I know you've said it's being worked on , is an Auto land system ..
any idea how far down the road/sky that'll be ?
Thanks
On the roadmap!
Marine Corps veteran here I served in Washington DC and held a secret clearance position while was in (medically retired now). Looking to get into the aviation field as I'm transition out of the military and into a civilian career. I came across your advertisement for Western Sales Associate and instantly became curious of your company and its various fields of work. What advice do you have for an Oregon veteran to break into the aviation field and possibly land an employment with an excellent company like Epic Aircraft.
We're always looking for amazing talent to join our team. Feel free to review the job listings at epicaircraft.com/careers/. Our sales reps are pilots (and checked out to fly the E1000 GX).
I assume requirements haven't been like this for planes in the past?
Correct, not a requirement.
congrats :))
