    It's nice to see a review that doesn't focus on content creation.

    Thanks for the tips! I use a Surfacebook and OneNote but thinking to use iPad in the future. Would be interesting to know how/where you store all this info as your library must be getting huge?

    For engineers that uses GIS apps and energy modelling apps, which one would you suggest? An iPad pro or the surface pro?

    This is a great video, especially since I am An Old and haven't been using anything like this but I'm convinced it will speed up reports a LOT. When you say you're doing reports on site, how are you typing them since the case doesn't have a keyboard? Do you have an external keyboard, or do you mean you're doing the photos/markup portion of the report on site and then going to the computer for the typing part?

      Thanks! The report would be hand written in Notability :)

    Hi there, great review and summary! I’m a practicing structural engineer looking to get a new iPad and integrate it into my workflow for note taking and site visits. What app are you using to view and mark up PDFs and pictures? I’ve read some bad reviews of the bluebeam app and it sounds like they may be moving away from progressing that app.

    question, after you graduated with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, did you also proceed to take your master’s degree in structural engineering? if so, would you recommend having a master’s degree in structural engineering or would it be unnecessary/waste of time?

      @BEngHielscher  6 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      No, I only did a bachelors degree with Honours. In Australia, you don’t need a masters degree to work. Work experience tends to be more favoured so unless you really want to do further education it doesn’t really benefit your work prospects. I’d expect most employers would value 2 years of full time work experience over a fresh masters degree graduate

    Your passion, interest and their presentation in form of vedios inspired me a lot. I wanted to connect with you. Is there any Linkedin account you are having...?

    For the students who have a laptop but not an ipad , i suggest to buy a drawing pad . They cost about 50$ on amazon and weight less then an ipad

    I was confused by the title: Could an iPad really operate as a structural engineer? Then I realized you must have meant: How I as a Structural Engineer Use My iPad?
