Ooh been using my Hexad and although it was introduced 6 years ago. It is now coming back as the features sought after for backpack one bag carry. Clam shell design for starters (which is now what is coming out as feature from other companies). Nevermind the hexad having all the other features that was ahead of its time. Im not sure how this one stack against competitors that want the clam shell design. An alternative to carryone roll on.
These look great! I already have TNF base camp duffle bags which seem to compete with these. I don't know if I can justify the price + weight for the additional features this has over the TNF duffles. I'm referring to All-New CARRYALL Duffel 40L ($159) vs The North Face Base Camp Duffel S 50L ($129). The integration to other Wandrd accessories and bags are good ideas in theory, but keep in mind they're pretty heavy in aggregate to an already heavier duffle bag.
@@WANDRD please explain more about what the differences actually are, as it seems very similar to Hexad, even if it's in a different line. We punters can't decide which to go for if we don't clearly understand the differences. The description on the site doesn't really help. Thanks
There's no specific way on how you will put the camera cube in the bag. Depends on what size you will be getting, we could recommend you the best camera cube that fit into the bag. Feel free to email us at support@wandrd.com
As mentioned, all of our packs and duffels, with the exception of the 60L carryall, are carry-on-size compatible and are TSA-approved as carry-on for most international and domestic flights. You wouldn't have any issues with it being placed overhead, but I'm afraid they can't be your personal item. Please make sure to check the dimensions and confirm with your chosen airline.
@@WANDRD Thank you for the prompt and rigorous response. It's a shame on that measurement -- literally only 1 inches shy (on 2 dimensions) of qualifying as a 'personal item' and therefore being a game changer for the budget flight demographic, who are a sizable majority market share in the current economy. In any event, beautifully crafted, I love and use your other photography gear. I gotta say, I am tempted to take handles off when boarding and try it anyway, to see if the malleable shape of the bag and not stuffing it compensates for slight size differences. What makes this bag so attractive are just enough extra thoughtful organizing pockets at the top and bottom of the bag to stop it being a standard duffel cavity. Nice work.
Unfortunately, there isn't a dedicated solution for storing/carrying tripods on the side of the new carryall duffels. There are daisy chain connections on the sides of each bag, and you may be able to come up with your own way of connecting something to the exterior. Since this duffel is more travel-centric now, there are fewer accessory connection loops.
@@WANDRD Hmm, ok. In the pictures and videos I don't see a padlock hole on the zippers, ie the type the interlocks and holds both zippers 100% together.
No padlock holes, but you can always use one and lock it into the larger hole of the zippers. To better explain it with photos, feel free to email us at support@wandrd.com or send a DM.

Been looking for a gym/work backpack to replace my old generic Nike duffel. After two months I think I just found it.
Nice! Just ordered in 40L capacity. Have had the Prvke 31 liter for a year or so now but it’s a bit too small for a 3-4 day trip (for me).
Hell yeah! 🔥 Stoked for you to get it! Thanks for the support!
Does the shoulder strap fit the older Hexad Caryall? That's my only complaint to it.
Yes, it will.
Thanks for the video! What color is the one being shown? It looks dark grayish. Thanks!
It's the black one.
Hey, is this an essentially a more budget friendly version of the Hexad carry-all??
This Carryall Duffel is not actually in the same line as the Hexad. Feel free to check it out here: www.wandrd.com/products/carryall-duffel

Can I attach the camera cubes somewhere securely via hook or velcro in the bag?

Was hoping for dedicated laptop storage...
I'd recommend checking out the TRANSIT travel backpack from us!

Are hexad bags coming back?
Sadly, Hexad line has been discontinued last year.
Does this fit as a personal item on a spirit airline?

Does it just come with a normal shoulder strap so I can use a Prvke Lite and this duffel at the same time?
Single-carry Padded Shoulder Strap (sold separately)
Those look great guys! 🔥
Thank you! We're stoked with them!

looks sick.
Thanks for the support!
Have I understood correctly that zips can only be clipped together, with the pull tags, and can't take a padlock to secure them more convincingly?
You can, of course! The zipper pullers are just an additional security feature for the zippers.

@@WANDRD OK, thanks
What size is the one you are showing?
This is the 30L variant.
