We have a big Italian Christmas Eve with extended family in NY. Lots of food, pastries and cookies. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

What a gorgeous River. Such a nice background to give an update. Nice camping spot! Praying for continued healing after your surgery. It was 68 in Kentucky! I personally had't celebrate holidays since the 90's. So here it's just another day, plus it's only me. God bless and enjoy your day and thanks for sharing your journey. Merry Christmas John and Stephanie!
I live on the southern coast of Maine. We decorate. Candles in every window. Two lamp posts with lights and Garland. Colored lights in all our schrubs in the front of our house. Tree with colored lights in our living room 10 ft bow window.
I also have relatives in AZ.
My sister and her husband live in Fountain Hills. My brother and his wife have a home in Fountain Hills and come back to Maine to their summer home.
I have two nieces that live in Moon Valley with their husbands and kids.
I have been to AZ more times than I can count. Graduations, wedding, new babies. I love to visit AZ but would not like living there. Way too many people to deal with.

AZ is definitely a great place to visit. We didn't live too far from Fountain Hills when we lived there. Maine is on our bucket list. I look forward to visiting Maine one of these days. ~Stephanie
