Great video!! I’ve been trying to join for awhile, I got deferred at assessment centre when I went a couple years ago. I finally got my appeal accepted last week so getting back at it! I admit I haven’t done much running as I lost a lot of motivation due to the deferral but I’m starting to get it back again 😁

So with those runs if your bpm goes to high do you have a break or just slow down?

I'd only worry about bpm when you're trying to gauge what speed each type of run should be for you and after that not worry.
If it's easier, think a tempo run as 75/80% effort, slow as 50% and fast as max effort

There's one in the description which is the one for Android- i presume there will be similar for ios, but if you search 'beep test' it should show a white app with a running stick man!
