that is not correct, this is a simulation of a propeller rotating at 100rpm in the wind, not a simulation of a turbine, the turbine rotates as a result of the wind flowing over it, not by giving it a speed of rotation
Did you found any yt tutorials that calculates the rpm based on the inlet velocity? I cant find any. There is one using cfx by climatecfd but that is a workaround
So essentially do not define a rotation speed at the step he presented and ANSYS will do its thing for the motion of the turbine to be dependent on the flow?

a trick: you can watch series on kaldroStream. Been using them for watching lots of of movies recently.
