I like the straight back and through. The putter face maintains a square alignment to the target line throughout the entire swing, from the backswing to impact, ensuring the ball starts on the intended line regardless of ball position in your stance; and while it might feel unusual initially, but now i make more putts. hehe
Some long time ago i was playing in an Assistant's PGA Local tournament and i was so frustrated with my putting i decided to change to left hand low. I really never practiced this stroke, but i was pretty furious with myself. I shot till the 18th hole -4 and then i got nervous and 4 putted the last hole. i still came in 2nd place so from then on i kept using the cross hand grip. I made more short puts for birdy and saved a lot of pars. Right then i realized that this was much more accurate on the line i chose to roll the ball on. I still use it and i still can reproduce the same stroke and trust it more. I then also realized that anything over 10 yards my distance control was not good so i just went to conventional grip and the distance control was better. Most of my juniors that i start from scratch i teach them this way and had very good success.
My style of putting is more of a straight to straight face square to target. Not the slight arc which goes open to close. For my type of swing i would like a square face balanced putter is better then the off square putter. the DF3 is a faced balanced putter and the i believe the PXG is a Tilt balance where the club will tend to open on back swing and close on the follow. I consider myself a good putter and would personally like the DF3 face balanced putters Then PXG Allan. But i do not use the DF3 for me it looks too funky and i just use a normal square face putter.
this is why I have ordered a broomstick putter from LAB. I can't wait to hit straight back and through (no more ARC) !!!

Is left hand low your grip choice? If so, why?

What is your thoughts on the balanced zero putters eg Lab , PXG Allan and Evnroll zero family?

Did you notice Trump's distance control? Pace is everything. Especially when one is almost 80 years old.
Sorry not a Thrump fan but the amount of hours he plays golf and all the pros he knows he could have better stoke than that. haha
@@kangpga I didn't ask (and don't care) if you were/are a fan. I asked if you noticed his pace control?
Not really because they were just trying to make every putt, most of them he blew it by a lot. So, I can't say his pace was good or bad.
