I like this tank, the only thing i didnt like is the fact that some of the ammo is right next to the engine, so if someone gets through your lower front plate, 80% of the time you are gonna die.
RU 8.7 ground is probably one of the smoothest lineup in the whole of War Thunder. No gimmicks. Not outright broken. Just plain old very good to excellent vehicles with a good sprinkle of premiums for grinding.

The amx30b2 is a tank suited more for hilly terrain where it can take advantage of its speed to get to key positions early, and then get into use it’s thermals lrf and better apfsds to snipe people while also using the better gun depression to get into a hulldown position. In contrast the Object 435 is more of a brawler with its heavier armor, full stabilizer. Although the amx 30b2 is no slouch in urban environments as the 20mm is excellent at taking out ifvs which are extremely prevalent at this br, and you still have the light tank speed.
Ah yes, the MG is clearly the most important thing of this tank. Clearly, with that MG, it can kill anything. Without it, it's definitely bad. Clearly a game-changer that MG is.
Just wait untilll you get a taste of the IS-7 and Obj 279 combo. It shreads everything. Their new BRs makes it a bit harder for them to just stomp with impunity, but they can still do extremly well if you know how to use them.
For what reason? It's basically a jack of all trades. It has a decent gun, but it's still not point and click, it has decent armour, but it is still not impenetrable, it has decent mobility, but it is still not insanely fast either. It has a bit of everything. A tank like an AMX can easily kill it using its superior speed to outflank it or to snipe it. Or a leo 1 can kill it easily. As its HEATFS shell makes its armour irrelevant. Vehicles are only as good as the player using them is.

@@tigerbesteverything when you say "it should lower", what do you mean exactly? That the T-62s BR should be lowered? Or what exactly do you mean with that part? Because, yes, it is better than the T-62, but comparable to the competition.

I grinded out bmp2 but when I expended my 8.7 lineup I fell in love with this tank no capp its soo nice and slick

@@MozzaBurger88 was about to say this. It's just so solid all around when the 'counters' to it always stack to highly one way or another.
This thing is the same BR as an unstabilised weak armoured AMX-30B2.
AMX-30B2 has thermals, shoots 1.3 seconds faster, and has better mobility.
Get good.
The t95e1 being 1 br lower without a stab, slow reload and no range finder of any kind be like..

the 435 is what a vehicle shouldn't be. It's overperforming, should be nerfed, and is better than a similar vehicle at the same br for no reason.
