Tesfaye Lemma's Message to the Ethiopian Community in Chicago

This video message was recorded by Tebabu Assefa and Phil Shapiro in Washington DC on Saturday, April 10, 2010, conveying good wishes for the announcement of the establishment of the Ethiopian Cultural Museum of Chicago. Tesfaye Lemma is the legendary Ethiopian cultural icon who founded and managed the Ethiopian Traditional Orchestra, which toured the United States and appeared on the Ed Sullivan show. He also founded and ran for six years the first Ethiopian Cultural Museum in Washington DC.
