I like that he's keeping the accent during the interview. That's pretty cool. I had no idea this film was even being made, but I'll definitely see it when it comes out.
Wow, he is going method for sure!!! This looks good. But I mean, just Luc Besson + Dracula equals YAASSSSSS. GENIUS!!! I'm excited!! Very inspiring. I hope it's good!
It is like he is embodying the essence of H.R. Giger. I loved hearing Giger talk during his documentaries about his dreams. The way he describes them was soothing in a way. The tone is very much like a cloud how the accent feels like it is floating. Gary Oldmans accent was a bit harsher and cut like a very sharp blade but was also interesting for the time.
I cannot bring myself to watch the new reboot with Skarsgard. He’s an amazing actor and was awesome as Pennywise and Nosferatu but I knew that movie was going to be crap. And it was. Won’t even bother with it. To me, they should have made a new Crow movie based in the Norse mythology, new character, add in the Norse mythological aspects, I mean there’s already a big thing with the Raven anyway, I feel like that could have worked much better. New take, new angle but keeping the spirit of the original story alive. Think The Northman crossed with the original The Crow. Something like that. I would still like to see that
What I read in the presentation of this vid makes me furious !!!! "Dracula's wife, Elisabeta" ??? Oh, really ??? Where, except in the script by James Hart for Coppola's "Bram Stoker's Dracula" (a script who certainly inspired later "Dracula Untold" even if the wife's name is Mirena) ?? In the novel, there is NOTHING romantic or loving about Dracula : he is PURE EVIL, a cruel predator who manipulates his victims without pity ! Coppola's version was a beautiful mix of Stoker, and films like Murnau's "Faust", Cocteau's "La Belle et la Bête", and also the works of Eisenstein, Kurosawa, Visconti, Ford, Boorman, Herzog, etc. In spite of its title ("Brams Stoker's Dracula"), and even if many scenes in the film were directly taken from the book and were rarely used (never, for a few scenes) in adaptations, Coppola's version chose to betray the character's essence, adding an epic tale of cursed love through the centuries, which turns the monster into some tormented lonely romantic soul searching for the love he lost (the epic tale stuff, especially in the prologue, is inspired in part by the "real" Dracula, Vlad the Impaler, in Wallachian history, who lived in the 15th century).
It will be the best Dracula movie, and it is clear that you have not watched the full video, and the story of the movie will take many years, and the skin will be there after years, and the costumes will be different every time.
It would've been inspiring if they had Natalie Portman here. With the costumes and this world, and back with LUC BESSON. That would've pushed this to another LEVEL! Write it in a way for her to be in it.
@@shamusteakiawa I don't understand the language you write in, but you will be angr.y with the one who announced the movie and it will be the best Dracula movie.
Hoping this is good, but Besson is pretty consistently disappointing these days. Compared to Leon, Subway and The Fifth Element, his recent work has been pretty awful.
One of my favorite actors - underrated for sure.
Wow, he looks so different. He’s also speaking in character, so wild.
Habla con acento rumano,como Drácula
I like that he's keeping the accent during the interview. That's pretty cool. I had no idea this film was even being made, but I'll definitely see it when it comes out.
I'm so looking forward for this movie, and to see Caleb again❤
One of the finest new actors we have
Musicians too incredible music
Alter seeing the his look, the set, and hearing him stay in the accent, I'm now very interested in this film.
A terrific actor. He´s quite versatile and he has a very interesting filmography.
Dracula looks good.
Wow, he is going method for sure!!! This looks good. But I mean, just Luc Besson + Dracula equals YAASSSSSS. GENIUS!!! I'm excited!! Very inspiring. I hope it's good!
Wow , the way he talks. He got so much Talent
He was fantastic in Dogman very underrated actor.
I'm SO hyped for this Film.
SENSEI LANDRY JONES is superb.
Wow. He's in it, isn't he? His commitment to the role has me intrigued for sure. Looking forward to seeing this.
His music is the same way. Check it out

Collider Interviews, loving the consistent uploads, keep it going
This is a GENIUS!
Wow! Caleb looks awesome, and he's a wonderful actor.
Can't wait to see him as Dracula, and I just love his accent ❤
WAITING WAITING WAITING WAITING!!!!!
This guy would make a great Crow. They should have just done another story without Eric Draven and hired this guy.
Was thinking exactly the same.
Yes and Joker too

All of it sounds intriguing and I'm sure the production will look great. Definitely seeking it out when complete 🤘🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Awesome interview! I feel like he’s capable of speaking his thoughts much clearer when he’s playing the role of a character.
he looks amazing
Banshee has come a long way.
for real, he may not even b banshee no more
holly shit, he has grown up
he sure has,,, god i would love him back in that role as a more comic book accurate banshee
He was born to play this role. So excited!
WOW !!!!!! I CANT BELIEVE !!!!!! 🖤
He has to play a biopic on David Bowie.....
Fucking loved Dogman
Amazing actor. He really should have been Matt Reeves's Joker.
caleb he is amazing actor
I need it now the movie
Caleb, you're great! Beautiful Dracula!!! ❤🔥❤🔥❤🔥💯❤🔥❤🔥❤🔥❤🔥
Between this and Vampyr, I'm stoked for upcoming Dracula movies :)
Nosferatu
I LOVE CALEB
So what's up with the "staying in character" accent?
gary oldman where are you ?
Weird, he puts on an English accent in his music also
First time seeing Caleb Landry, first thing apart from the accent,is I'm reminded of Willem Dafoe.

haha - what a great guy! His accent reminds me of HR Giger !
I'm not saying it's a bad thing but what's with all the Dracula movies lately? This is gonna be the fiftfh one in three years.
I heard only about Nosferatu and one with Cage more like comedy, not typical Dracula . There are other new movies about Dracula ?
Is Victorian Dracula gonna have leather pants? lol
It will be the best Dracula movie, and it is clear that you have not watched the full video, and the story of the movie will take many years, and the skin will be there after years, and the costumes will be different every time.
You will cry and not laugh after watching the first trailer because you will feel envious
@@na9oOr1 Besson doesn't even know what's in the book. He thinks Copolla's movie was cannon and that there was a love story.

❤🎉🎉❤🎉❤🎉❤
He does have a dracula look about him, lol
I did not understand your comment, but he is the best Dracula and you will know the meaning of true art
I just meant he does kinda look like Dracula. Dracula was inspired by Vlad The Impaler, and this guy kinda looks like Vlad.

Method acting is for dorks lol

This is going to be so shit
Hoping this is good, but Besson is pretty consistently disappointing these days. Compared to Leon, Subway and The Fifth Element, his recent work has been pretty awful.
dracoula caleb and besson is the best and movie dogman
🥹🖤
Its a love story?
Unfortunately
@@finger3181 It is the best movie about Dracula and strong love
Wow he must be annoying to work with lmao
That's so lame
What's lame? Your opinion
You will be angry when you see the first trailer for the movie and know the true art
Dude, you're doing an interview with a journalist. You're not on set filming scenes. Drop the accent. You're an actor, you can turn it on and off.
