But they know that they still love each other (as grandpire and wereson!) past that. Know what I mean? It’s like Angus knows Brodie needs a friend cause of it, and he’ll do it even if it means he’d hate him… it’s like he’s sacrificing liking Brodie to help brodie.

I feel like the isolation room should have some newspapers on the floor to soak up the pee and make cleaning easier. (there are pee-soaked newspapers that came with cats and dogs, I think they're in the rugs category)
Cats and dogs also came with wall scratch wall decor. That'd be great in there. (There's even Strangerville wall goo to match the floor goo that got mentioned lol.)
The Bracing Breezes lot trait can help with fitness because it has a chance to make them energised. I think Bracing Breezes would make sense for the library because of all the broken windows it probably is pretty breezy in there.
I would love to see the younger Bigwallet kids (Kristina and new baby) in the high school pack! I do think Nina and Angus should find their 'fated mates' and pop out some pups for the future rags to riches as well!
I was disappointed by the group hunting as well. No problem with it being a rabbit hole but a nice animation at the beginning, like the group gathering and howling and then running off together before disappearing, would have been nice and not too much to ask for.
Agreed, since they even had that group running scene in the trailer. I haven't seen that animation at all in my own game. I thought it was going to be the group hunt but, nope.
The moon flower regrows, or at least it did for me, every 30 min after harvesting. As long as the full moon is in the sky. Also a gentle reminder to clean out the screenshots folder. That slows things down too. In case you needed that reminder. 😁
As for Greg, you can try to distract him. It doesn't seem to work all the time, but when it does, he'll calm down and have little stars flying around his head. When he's like this you can start interacting with him. He usually seems to like talking about Moonwood Mill and trash talking vampires. Just don't have more than 2-3 of the same interation back to back, sims usually dislike that. As far as I can tell, he doesn't attack you as long as he's distracted, but he will attack if the distraction is over. I had the best luck befriending him over several days, always trying to distract him and only interacting with him if it works, if it doesn't, I'd run or tunnel away before he attacks. (Sometimes he still gets to me before I can run away). That got us to be friends but it does take a while. Photos are quicker. And no, ROM potions and spells don't work on Greg. :( Neither do the (positive) parenthood value trait rewards. He can't be pacified either. He is affected by the environment though so you can try to alter his mood with items or something. Just in case someone really wants to do it the legit way. I recommend photos though, it's so much easier xD Also, if your relationship is already very bad with Greg then it's the best to wait until you have the moon phase that gives relationship boosts (but also loss), get him to calm down by distracting him or fighting if he attacks you. If you successfully apologize, that removes like 30% of the full negative relationship bar, and boosts from other successful friendly interactions help a lot too. You can get back into green from full red if you're careful (and lucky) enough. Just make sure to leave before he gets angry again, because relationship loss is increased as well.
Would definitely add extra element of challenge since seems you need both regain control and somber howl to be somewhat successful at turning back from transformations I noticed.

I actually really like the idea of having their sibilings being the stars of the High School let's play. I feel like Nina and Angus persuing their werewolves lifes in Moonwood Mill and dedicating their time to their packs makes sense, as opposed to them having to get together with someone and have kids. We do have the fated mate thing that could make up for some interesting gameplay, and I wouldn't be opposed to exploring that! But yeah, I would personally love to either be back in the farm with Chaz or have Trenton and Hazel move to the new world with their younger kids for them to attend HS. Otherwise, would either Nina or Angus have to move out of Moonwood Mill? to be with their teens in the new world? If so, one of them could also seek for the cure. Maybe Angus, it'd make sense. And yeah, Nina getting together with Greg is an amazing idea either way haha.

I love that each of the siblings had to use each of the ways to become Alpha! Nina is so tough and violent so she won with a brawl, and Angus just wants to be chill and improve the Collective so he won with Tug of War. Honestly ties with their characters perfectly 💫😏

I think werewolf brawl works similarly to vampire brawl. I'm pretty confident that both of them rely on fitness + booster (alpha perk / vampiric strenght) and then the winner is decided by that total number + random chance. (Spellcasters on the contrary seem to be random, that's why a newly transformed spellcaster can still beat a max level with the duelist perk on several occasions.) At least it seems like that based on my experience in game. That would mean that Rory is harder to beat, because she's constantly on the weightlifting machine and probably has a higher fitness skill than Kristopher does. I'm not sure whether either has the alpha perk. Edit; Nvm, seems like Kristopher is pretty tough too xD It's just that my sim beat him on his first try without a problem, I thought he'd be easier.
Fitness level isn't really a factor during my gameplay. My sim was an alpha, completed most of werewolf skills and was fitness 6. It was enough to beat Greg and Rory.
@@missink1728 It might be luck, the RNG is always there. Think of higher fitness levels and perks as ways to boost your chance of winning, that kinda thing. You can still win with low fitness and no perks, you're just more likely to win with higher stats. But who knows, I didn't look at the code. :)
Lunar howl is really useful to slow rage gaining. It just changes the temperaments usually to better ones that really slow rage accumulation. Can't recommend enough

Haven't finished the video yet, had to pause and mention that if you want more success chance at winning spars and brawls, get the perk that boosts confidence and use it just before going into a fight. High confidence super helps, as well as getting some luna fish in you before hand too! Just tips for others out there, I suppose!
My werewolf Thomas met his fated mate and found out later that she some how died suddenly and tragically. Wasn't ever notified on it by the game. Never even contacted by them ever either. Had to go out on Wednesday's night for ghost night.
If you have "accidental deaths" turned on in the neighbourhood stories, sims who die accidentally won't give you normal death notifications. The only way to find out is to click "check neighbourhood stories" multiple times to show every notification every day. If you forget to check on the day they died, there will be no other notification. I don't like that system, you should still get the normal phone calls, not everyone is going to click the mailbox over and over every day. If you don't want sims randomly dying you can turn off accidental deaths in the default settings for household stories. If you have accidental deaths on but you have plans for a specific sim and don't want them to die, you can turn off accidental deaths just for their household. (Or you can leave it on and have random tragedies if you want to)
We need to adopt cupcake! I think it would also be funny to try and make Nina and Angus compete for Greg’s heart because we’re wolves can have fated mates. See who gets that first!

Greg doesn't like werewolves. If you're fully human, you can have a relationship with him and you can even woohoo with him and move him into your household,. If his human lover becomes a werewolf, he suddenly gets furious at them and brawls with them and hates them and the relationship is over. Even if you work hard on building a relationship with him and a werewolf, even when it's good he will suddenly launch into a brawl and ruin it. I suspect there's a cheat for it to make him not do that, eventually someone will figure out what it is.
I hadn’t played sims in ages bc I started college got a new job and haven’t had time. I logged back on to play my original household the other day and all of my households are gone. Basically all of my save games are gone! The only one left is a sim I created, and I didn’t even create it to play, I just wanted to see how close to one of my fave tv show characters I could get. Super upsetting. At least I get to live vicariously through James of what it’d be like if I could continue through the generations.
My theory is it’s easiest to become alpha of the collective with tug of war because it’s the peaceful pack, and easiest to take over wildfangs with brawl because they’re the more violent one
Mood also helps in a fight. Happy doesn't help too much and once Angus was sad which is bad. Angry helps some, but confident is the best. Angus won while confident. The other sim's mood helps too. If they are very sad, uncomfortable, tense or dazed, that's when to attack. Just being a pack alpha probably also gives you a boost so that overthrowing is more difficult. It makes sense that it would take several tries. I'm not sure if it matters in werewolf packs, but for clubs, being good friends with other members also boosts your chances.
In the years I've been watching James, the sleep schedule is always all over the place and his sims never sleep at night. Now that makes the most sense werewolfs sleeping during the day and rampaging at night, he insists in them sleeping at night.
I guess it would make sense to use Christina for the high school pack rags to riches, but I still really wish for Nina to get with Greg, have them move to the suburbs and get preppy high-school kids 🥲

I feel like Nina shouldn't get with greg since they feel more like potential best friends to me, maybe nina just tried flirting cos' she wanted to join forces and be powerful together through any means lol
Honestly the Bigwallet save is super old so I'm amazed it hasn't been even more laggy all the time with all the packs and additions to the base game

I love that each of the siblings had to use each of the ways to become Alpha! Nina is so tough and violent so she won with a brawl, and Angus just wants to be chill and improve the Collective so he won with Tug of War. Honestly ties with their characters perfectly 💫😏
Part of pack participation is to have a good relationship with your pack mates. So probably not a great idea for Rory to hate you lol

I think werewolf brawl works similarly to vampire brawl. I'm pretty confident that both of them rely on fitness + booster (alpha perk / vampiric strenght) and then the winner is decided by that total number + random chance. (Spellcasters on the contrary seem to be random, that's why a newly transformed spellcaster can still beat a max level with the duelist perk on several occasions.) At least it seems like that based on my experience in game. That would mean that Rory is harder to beat, because she's constantly on the weightlifting machine and probably has a higher fitness skill than Kristopher does. I'm not sure whether either has the alpha perk.
Edit; Nvm, seems like Kristopher is pretty tough too xD It's just that my sim beat him on his first try without a problem, I thought he'd be easier.
Fitness level isn't really a factor during my gameplay. My sim was an alpha, completed most of werewolf skills and was fitness 6. It was enough to beat Greg and Rory.
@@missink1728 It might be luck, the RNG is always there. Think of higher fitness levels and perks as ways to boost your chance of winning, that kinda thing. You can still win with low fitness and no perks, you're just more likely to win with higher stats. But who knows, I didn't look at the code. :)
Lunar howl is really useful to slow rage gaining. It just changes the temperaments usually to better ones that really slow rage accumulation.

I feel like winning by tug of war makes sense for Moonwood because they're more peaceful, so the brute force of a brawl just isn't their vibe.
Angus is like one of those guys who is kinda lame in his early life but then works out and gets ripped but is still kinda lame
Haven't finished the video yet, had to pause and mention that if you want more success chance at winning spars and brawls, get the perk that boosts confidence and use it just before going into a fight. High confidence super helps, as well as getting some luna fish in you before hand too! Just tips for others out there, I suppose!
Also, get lunar howl so you can try and get better werewolf temperaments that are positive and not negative
Nina peeing on Angus's head made my week.
My werewolf Thomas met his fated mate and found out later that she some how died suddenly and tragically. Wasn't ever notified on it by the game. Never even contacted by them ever either. Had to go out on Wednesday's night for ghost night.
Ouch. Poor guy.
If you have "accidental deaths" turned on in the neighbourhood stories, sims who die accidentally won't give you normal death notifications. The only way to find out is to click "check neighbourhood stories" multiple times to show every notification every day. If you forget to check on the day they died, there will be no other notification. I don't like that system, you should still get the normal phone calls, not everyone is going to click the mailbox over and over every day.
If you don't want sims randomly dying you can turn off accidental deaths in the default settings for household stories. If you have accidental deaths on but you have plans for a specific sim and don't want them to die, you can turn off accidental deaths just for their household. (Or you can leave it on and have random tragedies if you want to)
We need to adopt cupcake! I think it would also be funny to try and make Nina and Angus compete for Greg’s heart because we’re wolves can have fated mates. See who gets that first!
The purple light when trying to regain control indicates they successfully done it, if no purple light then it has failed

Greg doesn't like werewolves. If you're fully human, you can have a relationship with him and you can even woohoo with him and move him into your household,. If his human lover becomes a werewolf, he suddenly gets furious at them and brawls with them and hates them and the relationship is over. Even if you work hard on building a relationship with him and a werewolf, even when it's good he will suddenly launch into a brawl and ruin it.
I suspect there's a cheat for it to make him not do that, eventually someone will figure out what it is.

I hadn’t played sims in ages bc I started college got a new job and haven’t had time. I logged back on to play my original household the other day and all of my households are gone. Basically all of my save games are gone! The only one left is a sim I created, and I didn’t even create it to play, I just wanted to see how close to one of my fave tv show characters I could get. Super upsetting. At least I get to live vicariously through James of what it’d be like if I could continue through the generations.
My theory is it’s easiest to become alpha of the collective with tug of war because it’s the peaceful pack, and easiest to take over wildfangs with brawl because they’re the more violent one
Mood also helps in a fight. Happy doesn't help too much and once Angus was sad which is bad. Angry helps some, but confident is the best. Angus won while confident. The other sim's mood helps too. If they are very sad, uncomfortable, tense or dazed, that's when to attack. Just being a pack alpha probably also gives you a boost so that overthrowing is more difficult. It makes sense that it would take several tries. I'm not sure if it matters in werewolf packs, but for clubs, being good friends with other members also boosts your chances.
In the years I've been watching James, the sleep schedule is always all over the place and his sims never sleep at night. Now that makes the most sense werewolfs sleeping during the day and rampaging at night, he insists in them sleeping at night.
I guess it would make sense to use Christina for the high school pack rags to riches, but I still really wish for Nina to get with Greg, have them move to the suburbs and get preppy high-school kids 🥲
It would definitely be interesting to have other Bigwallet teens as side characters!

Nina + Greg, Angus + Sara. Or find their fated mates. I like the idea of the new siblings being used for the teen pack but not from the farm. But also, move someone in with Chaz so he’s not lonely, or let him adopt 7 dogs.
The rags to riches part of the teen pack should be using the new app to make money to trick out their bedroom.
