  • this is the werner truck museum at the werner headquarters in omaha, nebraska. the museum showcases some of the types of trucks they company has used over the decades. they have a 1950's gmc cannonball, a 1960's freightliner cabover, a 1970's kenworth conventional, a 1980's peterbilt cabover, a 1980's peterbilt conventional, a 2000's freightliner classic, and a replica of the truck that started it all, a 1950's ford big job daycab single axle truck tractor. that is an awesome collection of vintage trucks.

Awesome video, bud! I've always wanted to see what the sleeper cabs looked like from back in the day! Great job showcasing that!

Drove one of those long nose Pete's to Omaha to be retired and then was assigned one of the cabovers, video brings back memories.

All.the time I had loved in Iowa I never knew Werner Enterprises had a museum in Omaha, Nebraska. I've always liked the blue trucks & trailers which now the trailers are white & logo is the name itself without the arrow. Yes the older trucks looked great. Thank you for sharing!

There was a “Wiener Wagon” driver who would overnight at a Truck Stop in New Mexico (can’t remember which one) who had a Great Dane with him in his 362 COE Peterbuilt. The driver would open the Passenger Side door, bend over parallel to the cab under the open door with his hands on his knees. The Great Dane would run up to the driver and use the back of the driver to vault himself up into the cab. Several of us would wait to watch this “Ritual.” 😊😂😎🤙🏻

I wasn't aware that their original color was orange red. What year did they go to the two tone blue color scheme?
