    I dropped from 289lbs to 190lbs within the span of 2 years. I feel amazing now and I honestly found body shaming myself to mess with my mind, workout because you love yourself and want to feel amazing. Not because you want the fruit of what comes from it.

    tips for new lifters!
    - if you want to lose weight and get abs your going to have to he in a caloric deficit, doing ab workouts wont do anything if you don’t have a low enough body fat to see them
    - train with intensity, go to failure on every set that you are doing (when possible)
    - increase muscle tension, when you lock out hold it for a second, then gradually release the weight and repeat.
    - get lots of sleep and drink tons of water and remember not to overwork a muscle group, take a rest day its good for you!
    - remember it takes time to get diced, so don’t give up if you don’t see results in one week

      @@peekaboots01 for example when doing bicep curls, keep doing curls until you psychically cant complete another curl and your body is forced to stop.

    That's great man. Keep them workout vids coming. I've been doing intermittent fasting and working out every day for the last 7weeks(out of choice)😅. It's amazing. I only eat 1 meal a day between 2pm and 10pm, I cut out alcohol, most carbs & sugar.... And now I find it hard to take sweet foods😅🤷🏽‍♂️, I literally live off green tea and water through out the day🤣. I just decided to do it as a challenge to my body and now I'm addicted to it & feeling fantastic 💯🔥. IL be looking out for your cool down routines (along with all your vids like I already do anyway🙄/watch them every day) and implement it within my daily intense workout and massage therapy🙏🏾. Thanks for everything you do bro, love from London 💯🇬🇧

      @@bvdz.0245 to be honest, I've adjusted to it and I'm loving it. But my body is highly adaptable to different conditions and I would love to continue as a lifestyle choice. But I appreciate the advice 💯

      Way to go bro.
      Green tea doesn't hydrate it actually does the opposite so I suggest cutting that.
      Also look into the carnivore diet your practically right there I tried it for 2 months I lost 7 pounds fat gained 4 muscle and I'm starting to shred in the gym.
      Try creatine if you haven't also. It's the wonder drug takes a while to get your muscles adapted but after you'll do so many more reps per set

      A nice thick jacket/sweater does the same thing and you can easily take it off. Excessive weight you carry for as long as you keep it and it’s a pain, also it’s not wrong to tell someone they’ve gain weight. Working out should be part of everyone’s daily or weekly routine.

    best way to get shredded and put on muscle is to get on a workout and diet plan, if you can commercial gyms are definitely better than home gyms, focus on one muscle group a day ex. (back and shoulders) (arms and chest) (legs and abs) good luck!

    I beg that nobody who watches this ever works out like this.. you will get injured. This is entirely counter productive (especially for a “burnout” session post “heavy” lift). Respect for getting after it but this is just plain absurd, you need rest between sets. Also don’t forget that muscle tears can only regrow to a certain extent until it becomes useless to keep lifting for that session, all you do past a certain point is leave room opportunity for injury. PLEASE DO NOT LIFT LIKE THIS IF YOU ARE A BEGINNER, do your own research and remain smart about it. You only got one body don’t be this guy.
