    It was done while I was married .
    I didn’t discover it until after ..
    It was done at a time that he was having multiple affairs and he tried to present it as art.. which I know is ba as it was not a flattering photo . ..

    if proven I think the posting party should be seriously punished , like 5 years in jail sounds like a start . Ruining other people's lives should be a serious felony .

    Personally, I think this should be kept out of the criminal domain. Revenge porn created from "whole cloth," realistic as it may be, is still a cartoon. Criminalizing it, purely for its creation, has First Amendment implications. Yelling "fire" in a crowded theater, this is not, at least not on the surface.
    This is certainly a "rabbit hole" discussion with many what-ifs that could be criminal.

    People's lives are damaged and even ruined far worse than this by false allegations in divorce court and that is never criminally prosecuted.
