Great video and info. However, I will mention that I just went through the CCW application process in California (LA County) and previously had a non-violent felony conviction 21 years ago. I filed a petition for expungement after my probationary period, and the order PC1203.4 was granted a few months later. I was then able to again purchase firearms and vote, but I didn't have an interest in getting a CCW permit until after the Peruta decision in 2014. However, I had that application denied in 2016 because I did not satisfy their requirements for "existence of good cause" at the time. I then waited until the Bruen decision and reapplied in 2022, and after a long & exhausting path (and dealing with SB2 rules that required another training session of 16 hours since my 8 hr course was now void), I was ultimately approved for a CCW permit through LA County in early 2024. My background did come up in the interview and I was forthcoming with all of the information and not hiding anything. I explaining how I learned & changed from the experience and didn't have any issues during the application process from the previous felony conviction.

Criminalizing it, purely for its creation, has First Amendment implications. Yelling "fire" in a crowded theater, this is not, at least not on the surface. This is certainly a "rabbit hole" discussion with many what-ifs that could be criminal.

with all this anti guy stuff. why is it possible to go out and buy a car with cash and just drive away. they then can park said car in-front of a bar, liquor store. and get drunk or back into said car and get drunk then drive away . all with in one hr. far more people are killed by a drunk driver each year then all ways by someone with a gun.

Thank goodness things have moved on. There are now lots of people sat in jail, including two judge, each found guilty for election fraud !! More and more people are coming forward pleading guilty. There clearly was election fraud in the 2020 election.

I'm in Houston Texas. got slammed into at a gas station while I'm out pumping gas by a guy that to me looked to be under the influence and he took off. FOUND out he later slammed into someone else around 4 hours later and got picked up for a D.U.I. by the police. after some very hard investigation on my own I found out the car is owned by a repair shop that loaned it to him while his car was being worked on. there was no insurance information on the police computer system of the car that hit me when I finally saw the name of the company who I thought sold him the car. it was on a bracket of the license plate seen on my dash cam. come to find out THAT COMPANY OWNED THE CAR AND IT WAS A LOANER. the car company refused to give me the insurance information of the driver for months. finally after sending them a demand letter from a lawyer they decide to send me the information of the drivers insurance that i'de been asking for all these months . can you recommend a civil litigation lawyer in Houston Texas or any lawyer that's willing to fight this case properly? I realize this company and the driver of the car will try to do everything they can to not be helped accountable so I need a law firm that will fight for me. I am making payments on a luxury Lexus S.U.V THAT I WAS USING FOR RIDE SAHRE and I can't drive it. it's been sitting at a LEXUS body shop since April 2023 because of the hit and run. I did find the driver and the D.A. office is pressing charges. THANSK IN ADVANCE.
