Realistically, NONE of the people should have been effected except maybe 4 people, the guard at his door, the people in the cells nearby, and the 1 scientist that interview him. And honestly, this is my biggest problem with this SCP. It makes no sense with how the Foundation works. It runs off the assumption, that EVERY personal, ALL OF THEM, Every Guard, Every Scientist, Every Researcher, Every Janitor, EVERYONE went in, all at the same time, and did the Interview with everyone in the site present. Cause that's LITERALLY the only way for EVERYONE to be effected except the 2 that were immune.
What's more they LEARNED he was Memetic, and did NOTHING about it. No special containment or anything. Nothing. They just flat out ignore it. Even tho they LITERALLY have MTFs that are designed to be anti memetic that could handle interacting with him, and know it's a distance effect to be effected, and wears off eventually without contact. And yet, EVERY SINGLE PERSON stayed 'Infected', 24/7, at all times, the entire time he was there, which was for weeks if not months.
It also never explains the ending, they hated HIM, not anyone else, only HIM, so why did they kill his family?

Many remained under the cognitivehazard effect while noticing others became immune to it and would feel the opposite. Under the effect that told them he was dangerous, and with the knowledge that too much time spent around him would make you believe he was not a criminal, the SPC Foundation's logic was to do anything to keep him from escaping and from others wishing him to leave, so they can understand why he was so dangerous. That's also why the one researcher who was able to logically prove that the man wasn't a criminal was detained as another instance of the opposite effect. The cognitivehazard didn't allow them to believe the data.

As someone that has been diagnosed being on the spectrum, I have to say, this SCP entry seems/feels like its source is in describing (hyperbolically) how it can feel to struggle with autism. Of feeling like no matter what you do, it's perceived in a bad light because of communicating and thinking differently than everyone else, and thus making them uncomfortable (at best) because of differences neither you nor they understand.

Maybe what they were feeling was coming from the future. One of those scenarios where they made the monster they were afraid he was. They asked him so many questions on so many anomalous groups, they pretty much gave him tons of info just based on the questions they were asking that could guide him down a path that gave truth to what they were feeling.
