Hi, I’m currently pregnant with my first baby and all your information was very helpful! I had a question though, do you take the Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Probiotics, DHA, and Prenatals everyday?
I’m confused because the vitamin c in the prenatal you chose has synthetic vitamin C. Do you know why companies mix synthetic and non synthetic vitamins together?
Thanks for the information! I’m also curious if you can just supplement with 1 soft gel Nordic Prenatal DHA per day? Since 200-300 mg is recommended daily and the Nordic naturals contains over 800 mg per serving (2 tablets)? This would be way more cost effective for me. I also plan on eating fish occasionally.
I was wondering I’ve been taking Pregnaplan and is that enough or should I be taking more vitamins, such as any of the ones you recommended, also love the video! very informative
I just checked! I didn't realize how the the Baby and me vs the Baby and me 2 compare. they have a completely different nutritions facts! You may like the Baby and me version better!
I am homozygous for MTHFR. They put me on baby aspirin and told me I not only need methylfolate and methyl B12 but I need a higher amount than normal. I'm currently suffering through infertility but I've been taking all my vitamins for 2 years now hoping for a pregnancy.
@@DanceePinkston how do I know that I’m getting enough folate for my unborn baby? People that are homozygous need about triple the amount of folate for healthy baby. Can I really achieve that eating foods everyday?
I love all of the info in this video so thank you so much for that! I have a really hard time taking pills though and seeing all of these gave me loads of anxiety.
This is all great information, thank you! Although I do have a question about red raspberry leaf? Is it not safe to drink or take a prenatal that has some in it due to it possibly causing a miscarriage in the first trimester? I've seen that its good to take it later in your pregnancy, but I'm unsure if I should risk taking this prenatal, since it has even a tiny amount of it in there. Thank you again!
I asked my midwife the same question. she said to me that it was more to supply my uterus with good minerals and that it was not going to be enough to stir up contractions. go with your mommy intuition!

Yes I did! Those were my daily supplements. Prenatals as my base and added the other 4 for extra support. Congratulations! 🥰
You took both pre natal vitamins that were mentioned ? Or just one or the other
Do you take the recommended amount of Nordic’s dha (2 soft gels), or do you only take half the amount (1 soft gel)?
Can you take hyaluronic acid and coaq10 along with these vitamins and supplements

Thanks for the video, very informative! Since you take vitamins separately from the prenatal, are they not in there?
The DHA and probiotics is not in there for sure. The others not enough for me. :)
Hi there! What is your routine to take of all these? Are some best on an empty stomach? Or at night?

Do you recommend Mary Ruth’s organics? I’m 4 months pregnant and I have been taking their prenatal postnatal vitamin.
I love that brand! Lots of great options out there!

Hi, I noticed you did not mentioned anything about calcium and magnesium. Are you taking any?
Those should be in your prenatal multivitamin. :) but I will be taking lots of epsom salt baths in late pregnancy!
Right, but the Baby and me 2 prenatal vitamin don’t have them. I like them but noticed they don’t have calcium or magnesium.
I just checked! I didn't realize how the the Baby and me vs the Baby and me 2 compare. they have a completely different nutritions facts! You may like the Baby and me version better!
Could it be because it contains Iron? The absorption of Calcium is impaired by the Iron, as explained by Dr. Ben Lynch in his videos.
Does it help with c section is that a silly question? Your voice is so calming ty I subscribed I def appreciate your courage for videos 👍🏽🙏🏽💜
which supplement dear??
Do you have the MTHFR gene mutation??
I am homozygous for MTHFR. They put me on baby aspirin and told me I not only need methylfolate and methyl B12 but I need a higher amount than normal. I'm currently suffering through infertility but I've been taking all my vitamins for 2 years now hoping for a pregnancy.
I get anxious taking folate what should I do? I'm homozygous for MTHFR so I know I can't take folic acid.
Folate rich foods is a good natural source!

@@DanceePinkston I’ve read that folate rich foods end up converting into folic acid is this true?
Thank you so much for this info 💜❤
Thanks for such an info packed video! How many drops of the Nordic Naturals Vit D3 do you recommend?
The bottle has the recommended dose ☺️

My daughter takes a powder vitamin supplement with all of these vitamins! Maybe you could find one!
Thank you for all the information. I do have a question 🙋🏻♀️ do you take all the vitamins together I am unclear on that please help me understand
I took them all before bed 🥰

Hi! Are you still using the same baby and me prenatals ? 2022
Right now I am using Tranont but I would still use them in my next pregnancy! Anything food based with folate is what I mainly look for.
I bought them and noticed they are ot 3rd party tested. I cant return them now and I've been on them for 5 months. I am so worried now 😣
Iron in prenatal vitamins is a problem.
I cant get all these things in one vitamin? Lordie
So I can take the megafood supplement as a prenatal? 🍥
Amazing this was so good
Ali Lamb thank you Ali!
Great video. Thanks a lot!
Great video. Thanks ☺️
