    If you get a cold or sore throat, finely chopped raw garlic, raw ginger root, lemon juice, small amount of honey mixed into 1/4 to 1/3 cup hot water will help. Sip it slowly.

      Boil water put some dry hibiscus flowers in let steep for while then use a strainer strain the boiled water with the hibiscus and pour you a cup of tea drink warm or can ice it squeeze little lemon and add honey while warm or sugar to taste in it if you like . Enjoy ! Good for blood pressure and sleep

    Passion fruit, either the fruit itself or juice, is excelent for lowering blood pressure.
    I reccomend it.

    Don't eat a lot of food❤ eat vegetables and fruits ❤ drink a vitamin drinks everything in that you need.❤ don't eat anything after 5.00. Eat more greens ❤ it works great. And will have lovely blood pressure ❤ don't eat junk food ❤ there are many sanks that are healthy for you. All this really works. Because I had high blood pressure but not any more. A I walk 🚶‍♂️ ❤️ ♥️ ✨️ and only eat half on your plate ❤ I only eat one good healthy meal aday❤ then I drink my vitamin drink before I go to bed❤ if I am hungry during the day I eat fruit or vegetables for a sank❤ I really feel very healthy it's great

      yep. i do that as well as eating lean meats, salmon, fat free milk, low fat yogurt, dark chocolate. gotta also have a healthy amount of cholesterol along with what you said to keep the blood flowing

    I boil beets, strain the water and chill the beets for salad mostly for my husband as I am diabetic. I ferment the beet water with acv for about 72 hours. I keep a batch in the fridge and make my evening drink with aromatic bitters and more Acv. Add a little bit of stevia for a sweeter taste . If you want to add more flavors you can use rose essence. Now I will make it regular to see if it helps my BP. My Bp stays high in spite of a low carb diet.

    I cold press raw beets and save the pulp for salad topping I also chop up the beet leaves 🍃 and mix in with my greens 💚 🎉

    You can also just eat raw garlic. I like to mince it or slice it thin and put on my food. I buy crystalized beet root, a tablespoon in water a day. It’s easy and has no earthy taste which bothers some. Also hibiscus tea & Hawthorn Berry tea.

    Hello! Even though I do not have hypertension, I eat raw beet roots by itself or make juice out of it with half an apple. Also, I grill the fresh garlic and eat with lettuce or sesame leaves with meat (korean style). Thank you.

      I make beetroot juice nightly. But I put half a cup of blue berries and one carrot 🥕 in it too. Is it OK?

    So... beets. No need to peel them, just harvest them (not buy) wash them, roast them, eat them. From the garden to the gut in 30 minutes without any of the stuff you don't want in your food. They are one of the easiest things to grow anywhere in the country, even indoors. What you can't consume, pressure can them and have beets all winter long.

    Cut or crushed garlic needs to sit exposed to the air for 5-10 minutes to get the most allicin production. Putting it in the water right away limits the allicin.

    These drinks work for me , too:
    Cucumber and lemon juice
    1/2 whole grapefruit & 1/2 whole cucumber
    Acv, lemon J and 1 tsp evoo
    Fasting for more than 12 hours
    Moringa and hibiscus tea
    Seamoss and lemon tea, warm
    Coconut water and lemon juice (Mmm)

    For a while I ate a lot of beetroots to lower my blood pressure. It worked! However instead my GP, after taking my next blood test, was seriously worried over my excessive iron numbers and for that reason sent me back to hospital.
    There's just no pleasing these guys, is there!

      It's a bad diabetes creator too. The scary thing about iron these days is that the wicked folks who own everything have begun put non good iron on all the food. If you read labels you've seen this recent addition along with potassium on all foods. Even single ingredient ones, which shouldbe impossible. It's for the Internet of bodies. Its causing all sorts of illness that folks have no clue about cause. Read your labels an you will see all foods have it now. It's poison.

    Since you also mentioned hiccups: Hold your breath for the count of 8 seconds. That's it. No hiccups when you stop holding breath! Also, new subscriber here and absolutely Love Your Videos! Fantastic information.

    Hiccups are also treated by taking a deep breath and holding it as long as possible (plug your nose as well). If it doesn't work the first time, exhale and repeat the whole action. Sometimes needs 3 or 4 tries.

    Thank you! I practice two out of your three drinking suggestions with great results. However, apple cider vinegar with a straw works best for me without the concern of acid lingering on my teeth.

      From my experience with 32 years of taking BP meds I only drink beet juice is my 3 week now with beet juice only it's doing wonders I will never go back to BP meds for 32 years I was a slave of BP meds never again till I die my BP stays normal with beet juice and feel healthy in my 67years I feel as if I'm 50years

    Ask , do you have hiccups?
    They say yes.
    Ask, do you want them?
    They say no.
    Then say, "Then you won't have them anymore."
    The hiccups will go away most times.
    Even works on your pets. My pit knows, and when she has hiccups, she'll come to me to fix it.

    Fairchild Apple cider vinegar is better then Bragg’s. Fairchild has no added water. I mixed apple cider vinegar, garlic, lemon with ginger and cinnamon. Drink this before my meals.

    Your hiccups remedy was taught to me by a much older member of a transportation club (trains, trucks, air cargo) I used to belong to back in the early 90s. Had to MC a crab feed event and wouldn’t you know it, I had the hiccups. The remedy worked as advertised. Now, if only some enterprising blood pressure techno geek could come up with a similar (free) technique…

    Adam I have used Apple cider vinegar occasionally. I have some in my fridge. Mate after 65 it changes with exercise on the bike ride. It's more of a stimulant and is really more noticeable cycling than under 65. I rekon it iimproves performance . But now I am 70 y/o I am cautious of stimulants. Definately purifys the blood. Late teens brings out all the pimples . And cleans blood. I recommend it.
    I might try the beat powder. I usually by beetroot juice in glass bottle. But I am always running out. Good stuff. Nitrate Oxide. And allows the body to take in more oxygen.n

      @@woodenshews provided you don't get a consistant low blood pressure. Let's guess, because they don't know. Cycling all my life 51 years. Give a higher blood pressure. Perfect example for me is 150 over 90. Now I stoped cycling. My bp on average is the same. 130 over 75. It's been equaling out. We have pressure to maintain heart. My own study goes back 30 years. And if you keep taking the same benifit. As like ginger or beetroot juice , the heart fights back and over 2 weeks returns a higher result. So ginger 3 days. Then wait a week and beetroot juice 3 days. Rotating through.

      Walking up a hill 2 weeks ago . Some one passed me. I am 70. I held the pace 10 metres back . At the top of the hill. 600 metres my heart was doing 200 beats. Not a habit. And I don't want to repeat.

    Great video! Many thanks for sharing. Sadly I cannot do the beetroot biohack as I am a kidney stone former. Beetroot juice/powder, Spinach, Almonds, and Rutabaga are off limits for me as they are too high in oxylates and promote formation of calcium oxylate kidney stones in kidney stone formers.

    my blood presssure has beed very good 123/72 i dont do meds just eat well and drink beets i had some cake then tow days later my bp went up to 166/86 dont no why i was doing very good for a long time

    Hey sir for really before I ve 140/97 ,now my blood pressure elevated till 171 /110 ,I drank every day i teaspoon for apple cider vinegar,and garlic 6 pieces with lemon but the number still the same,and I go to see doctor,one pills indocine before I slept,coz I worked at Nightshift,12 hours a night from four o clock evening to four o'clock at dawn

    For hiccups 3 sips of water, maybe 4, would normaly do.
    When I was a little kid I remember old people saying for hiccups you scare the person either by screaming or pretending you gonna hit them or something like that. Of course we're talking like with your kids or another close relative or friend that has no heart issues 😂.

    TU, I drink the lemon and garlic, we grew up on these being wogs. Also had lots of vinegar as we made our own dressing with fresh farm cream, dash of sugar and vinegar, still the best tasting salad dressing. We grew and ate beets.
    QUESTION. Now that I am old and grey and getting lazy. I eat Tinned Beet will this do the same job as the powdered is not available in OZ?

    Good drink ideas. Can the drinks be taken with your blood pressure medication??? Also what time of day should you drink these drinks??? I take my medication in the morning’s. Can I also drink the drinks in the morning???
