      The floor plans are satisfactory, and the location is favorable. However, the brick-based construction raises some concerns. For a comprehensive understanding of the project, please refer to our recent review of Sports Home, which we published earlier this week.

    Good points:
    1. Floor plan is good
    2. Loading is less.
    Negatives:
    1. Location is not good, it's 3-4 kms away from sector 1 main road. As you move far from Kisan chowk or ATS roundabout, inconvenience increases.
    2. It's bang on opposite of Aimnabad village, so no need to explain the issues we can foresee due to this.
    3. Even after these 2 big negatives, pricing is too high.
    I think the correct pricing should be around 8-9k.

    Location is too bad for this and view from Balconies is totally absurd. I lived in adjacent society and the thought of going towards that side of road gives me negative vibes.

      Better Projects: Iris Pearl, Apex Alphabet, Ace Divino(location is not good though), ATS Rhapsody(If they deliver), ATS Destinaire (If they deliver and location still has issues), Nirala Estate.

      I used the wander ina GNW during 2017-2018 and the Arihant one was a stuck project at that time. Even arihant Ambar & Abode launched later and completed before .. I wonder what is issue with Arihant one... Didn't even tried to figure it out due the location I didn't liked.... Its in backyard and direct connected to the old villages now turned into 3-4 storied builder floor area with no amenities... Such villages in vicinity impact the locality of project... And remain exposed to future challenges...
