Too neat for a sale!?! I’d say it’s all about the merchandising and eye appeal! I don’t like the sales where you’ve got to dig thru boxes and totes! Just my opinion though! 😊
at a flea market the sellers that make people search thru boxes sell more. people love the search and hunt
@@thepaulexperience242937:00 ❤❤❤
I'd seen your truck. You won't go wrong with a expanded steel platform hitch attachment. On this you can place your rubber tires landscape wagon, Ratchet straps and a conceal tarp, NOW your mobilizing.
not everyone has 800 tables to lay stuff out nicely.
That last guy seemed like a jerk😁 That's why he still has all that stuff..not willing to negotiate. Love your videos keep em coming. 💜💯
That nut cracker is a pecan cracker, 😆. Well this ole New York boy had a yard sale about 3 weeks ago, well I had one similar to it that I did not know what it was until this Mississippi couple stopped into my yard sale and told me what it was. Always learning, that’s what I love about this pickin and reselling we do, always learning something new. Been doing this since the early 80’s, I’ve learned alot 😆…
I guess you could crack other nuts in it, just never seen one in that design..
I love your videos Kevin. Your so nice to others and so funny. I love your desire to help your fellow resellers learn about new things and tips. It's fun to teach and help others. You have my respect sir.
I couldn't believe it when I heard you say, "Barbizon". They used to make the prettiest, daintiest, and best-made nighties. I lived in them for years. They've been gone for years now and I guess I forgot about them. Instant memory blast....good stuff!! They don't do that great on ebay, though, at least when I just looked them up. I would have grabbed the LL Bean. The paddle is awesome!!!!!!!
That nutcracker you looked (18.55) at is same one my father had. It was great. I remember doing my own pecans so I could make a pecan pie. Those great old memories.
Kevin you left tupperware ,behind I am shocked🤣🤣🤣
🤣🤣
My sis and I used to garage sale, she after antiques, me, just neat stuff. I enjoy going along and seeing what ya'll pick.
Now we know what your videos have been missing all along- you need more Troy and Eric!
lol Less Uncle Steve.
Lol I work in the same town that Precious Moments is located. I know a BUNCH of folks that would be upset with you right now 🤣🤣🤣
I love watching your lives...ya'll seem to have so much fun!!!
"That's my boy Glenn Miller" :) Love it!!
Cool finds!! Thanks for sharing this with us! Peace to all...💜💙💜
LOL you pulled the Michael Kors purse off the rack to look at the Coach purse.
yup. saw it in the edit.
I seen you went for the coach bag and never even looked at the MK bag! Always check out MK! It’s in style. I just got done with a neighborhood sale a couple weeks ago. I bought 2 MK bags with 2 matching wallets , 1 for each bag. I spent 45 on all four pieces. I resold one set for 250. And kept the other set for myself! Money money money!!!!
The roach @7:50 😂
Great watching you guys do your thing ! I appreciate you.
I enjoy your videos, because you look at all different types of items. Where as other channels are boring and look at the same things
Cool, thanks!
Thanks for sharing the video great finds the last sale a little expensive to me for a yard sale they want more and didn't leave that much wiggle room because they don't think of listing, shipping and how long it may take to sell and deal with the customer that buys if and also eBay you have to have more room than some yard sales think or it's not worth your time either but great sales early every one except the last but you picked up some awesome deals at the other sales love watching the videos take care hope you all have a blessed day 💜💜
Hi Kevin 👋 Have a great weekend 🌞 thanks for sharing and entertaining 😁 Stay Safe and Blessed 🙏
Enjoyed the video & negotiations. Thanks for sharing!
BOLO Bakugan toys. I paid $2 for 10 of them and the auction is currently at $26 +shipping with 2 days left.
I have Madame Alexander dolls starting from 1979 through the 80’s. They used to sell them at Belk Department Store back in the day. I think some are valuable.
Greating from your German fan, and thanks for your insight in a world of the US society the people in Germany nothing knows.
Where are you in Germany? Long ago, We spent a year in Munich and 6 years in Geilenkirchen (west of Koln). Loved every minute of it! Cheers!
@@debbiefriedt7264 Good afternoon Madam, your positive memories speaks for Germany. I also can speak only positive about my/our experiences in your great nation. Have a nice weekend.
Great buy 👍
I love when people hold there ground on there prices
their...the spelling is t-h-e-i-r
I think the people that hold tight on the prices are secret hoarders.😁
I used to be able to name every nut that there was. And it used to drive my mother crazy, because she used to say, "if you don't stop naming nuts," and the joke was that we lived in Pine Nut, and I think that's what put it in my mind at that point. So she would hear me in the other room, and she'd just start yelling. I'd say, "Peanut. Hazelnut. Cashew nut. Macadamia nut." That was the one that would send her into going crazy. She'd say, "Would you stop naming nuts!" And Hubert used to be able to make the sound, he couldn't talk, but he'd go "rrrawr rrawr" and that sounded like Macadamia nut. Pine nut, which is a nut, but it's also the name of a town. Pistachio nut. Red pistachio nut. Natural, all natural white pistachio nut.
You got some great deals. I do well with vintage night gowns especially plus size.
Yep. I knew as soon as you picked up that dakes that was a good one. I’d sold a black one before for 50-60
Agreed! I do not mess with precious moments either. Kind of like beanie babies.... just not worth they once were. However ... you did see through the tape so to speak! Christmas sales bring out buyers definitely willing to buy nativity scenes!
Great pick and great sales. Love it ! 😀 👍✌
Hehe always feel like saying CHICKEN DINNER, when you say winner winner!🇬🇧🤗🇬🇧
I really enjoy your videos and the way you stand your ground 😊
I sell those a frame signs local for about 60-75 dollars good for businesses
I always pick up Disney Precious Moments. There are a few others that are good, but mostly not.
I love the Tiki bar. lol memories And you should have got the nut cracker... in the South it helps go through the pecans!!
The precious moments clowns sell better than the regular ones.
I love the first garage sales area. All the trees. Beautiful
You make yard sales fun….love your humor!!😊
Thank you for more great content! I got the same vibe off the last guy. No worries, that’s just the way it is sometimes. Can’t wait for more great content!
Good picking
Great hunt as usual !
Amen! You don't sell the Word of God... I loved that she said the Bibles were FREE!❤
Christian books stores sell them and so do churches.
@@CommonwealthPicker I understand that bubba though it should be free to all.
I have sold them, but i also acknowledge that its not particularly moral@@CommonwealthPicker
Having a great day I see! You're a great picker
Gil
L.A. guy
Do you still maintain a booth in a store too?
Yes he does.
Boy I think that rooster 🐓 was having a bad day, great finds enjoyed it.
You know I would like watch you shop instead of always helping someone else. Once in a while yes but every you tube video lately. I don't care about watching you as much as I used too because of that!
He loves making out to his simps he is better than anyone
The KPK paddle is not a spectacular find. Thousands of paddles exist from every college in America and elsewhere. The list on the paddle of names just means you might find someone interesting if you take the time to research but most paddles are worth $10-30 each.
I have been collecting Yale fraternity paddles for 24 years and own 144 Yale college fraternity paddles. These are a special type because they are unified in size/shape and are created using wood burning and etching techniques (front and back) - the names can be researched more readily too.
I have paid between $10-70+ per paddle (more if the people are historically interesting) but I have bought damaged and broken pieces from $10-30 and good condition from $35-70.
I paid $100 for the paddle of Potter Stewart who was a SCOTUS Justice until he retired and Sandra Day O’Conner took his seat. I also have Pulitzer Prize authors, athletes, senators, and a gold medal Olympic golfer (last time golf was in the Olympic Games was 1904) and I’m always interested in adding more.
Sadly, I would say that KPK paddle is $20-25 unless someone interesting is listed then maybe $30-40
Most paddles are junk but some could be valuable - but research is needed to really get a better price.
But if you ever find a Yalie in your travels. I’m always interested.
Good luck and I enjoy the videos. Be well
My youngest daughter has a great eye for thrifting. Whenever I go with her she always seems to find the coolest stuff before I do.
Those vintage woven trivets by the mushrooms can sell for good money.
Kevin, you missed the Michael Kohrs bag. You picked it up to look at the Coach purse on the rack and put it back. lol
Can't snooze when your with other pickers lol!!
The electric drum kit.
Could be of interest
I need to set up on ebay and just sell what I have in my house and storage. Could probally make 50,000 on antiques and things I have. Got to do this to make some money.
U can wash those naked on delicate and hand wet to dry. Use oxi clean powder and it takes all stains etc out. Used to order it off the TV due to it was the only thing to take out formula stains out of baby clothes. Still use a scoop in every load of laundry for stains
We should have said you would do $15 on the phone since you walked across the street lol
lol
Great video
Hi. Was the Michael K bag hanging next to the coach bag no good or did you miss it?
I missed it. Saw it when I was editing it.
They were both fake.
Should have asked that one sale why the notice to take care of your kids was only written in Spanish. 😐
It was written in Portuguese. Not Spanish.
Ok cheeto trump
Those Carhartt overalls were screaming at ya!
They weren’t carhartt
The crystal partition miniature Doors on the table beside the precious moments I would have bought so cool @ 19.48 in .
Oh man ilove your videos.... all the way from the SOUTHPACIFIC. New Zealand, Auckland.... kp up the good pics bro... love them.
Great video! Loved it! 💜💜💜
Hi Kevin, i was just wondering if you knew how I could find an old poster. It’s a Santana one and i want it for my husband for Christmas. Thanks for sharing your garage sale’s
Dave, you are so nice to even your competition. I love watching your show knowledge is power and you definitely have a lot of knowledge.
Another good video
I found 3 vintage unicorn posters in my attic left behind from previous owners. Might have to look them up😁
Nice video Kevin, I love the interaction with you and your picker friends.
Did you forget the Vera bradley
I love people from the South.
I wish I could find prices like you do
Its so weird to hear Mountain man and Commonwealths Voices in the same video. You guys are fun to watch.
you put the boots down and walked away, don't cry when he buys them. seemed a little salty.
I’ve probably watched all of your videos twice or 3 times haha. Keep making the content, it’s amazing and encourages me to go garage sale shopping :)
We have every album and 35's as well we have ever bought. My husband has been collecting silver age and golden age comics since he was 8 or 9 yrs old. He had the comic where Spider-Man was introduced into marvel comics. Now it's worth a fortune but he sold it several yrs ago.
Looked like you guys had a great day picking together. Looked like a tobacco field at the end of your video.
It was!
Love this from Florida
Lmao the bug crawling on the items at the bottom deciding what he wants to buy 7:48
My son works for Hendrick
Are the prices you show what they sold for or what they are asking? Thanks PAUL
Kevin... Putting the hustle on the hustle!
Liked it! Keep up being the integral part of the Trash to Cash podcast! Merry Christmas, Kevin!🎅👍🐿
Do I have too?
Great video! You, Eric. and Troy make a great picking team!!
is this in NC? I'm sure I've been there before. I'm definitely sure I picked some awesome sealed VHS like middle of the summer and a big blow mold nutcracker
yes
I had the unicorn picture whe I was younger
i went to a tag sale for the first time in over a month. i found this old box full of dvd vhs and some other strange boxes made and offer on a few dvds and he said take the whole box for 10 so now i got about 10 old audio reeds don't know much about them some are one he recorded himself some are albums from early 70's or late 60's and one is an unopened blanks only got about 5 invested in the reels so i guess now gonna try and do something with them.
"what chu got on yer vestables" lol
I want to go to yard sales and walk around and whenever someone is looking at something, Ill ask them "hey can I see that, Ill give it back, just want to see it" then immediately ask how much and say I want to buy it lol. And also I want to constantly remind all the sellers to make sure they pay their taxes on their sales.
I thought I recognized this area. I see the guy from your last stop at yard sales all the time, interesting guy.
Don't mess around, When you see something you want to get, Get it. It might be gone when you come back to it. Live, And Learn. The guy with the white hair, ( Ping Bag) Didn't want to give you a good deal on anything.😂
You know I ❤️Virginia
Are you Mountain Man's guru? He mentions you a lot in his videos.
lol not that I am aware of.
How much for the unicorn poster and mushrooms?! Lol
not sure yet.
❤️
Thanks so much
I would have grabbed the Lords of the Rings VHS. Too they're rare
My son was born in 95 and we have every vhs movie we bought for him. Even have the retracted little mermaid case with movie.
I love those mushrooms ❤❤❤
Cockroach at 7:50. hope you checked your items Kevin...
What are you asking for the license plate covers?
Wouldn't recommend precious moments either unless it is a piece that really catches your eye or your okay having sit on your own shelf. Definitely not loads of money and it's all delicate.
they have hit a bit of an uptick lately. For some reason.
