It's really not about the size of the space, but how that space makes you feel. We want more space, because we tend to accumulate things, and instead of saying, hey, do I really need this, we just keep it. This journey to think differently, didn't start with my van conversion, but it has definitely speed up the process. I aren't halfway done with my conversion, but during the "wait" I implement the lifestyle into my daily life. Making my own separation toilet from scratch, and leftovers I had in the house. Boiling water and washing myself with just water in a bowl. Planning, with the thought on how I actually use the space in my house. Thanks Sir!
Love the van setup Scott. Congratulations 🎊 on 6 years .
Yeah, small impact foitprint, essential resting, Cook from scratch and hiking. Bravo
A bicycle is a very fun and extremely useful thing. No comparison to kayak! Great van and tourm
Truly inspiring! Thank you Scott ❤️🚐🌲
Like the attention to detail , congratulations on the 6 year
When you said that eating out isn’t really an option for you, my celiac heart felt that.
Just wanted to send some love ❤️
Ah, Thanks. I used to work in a restaurant that had options for celiac sufferers. I know how tough that can be to manage
Smart man. :)
Scott, thanks for a great video. We have the exact same van here in The Netherlands, though under another brand name. We are parttimers but use the van also for our daily travels and shopping. We’ve had the van now for just over 3 years and love it. Totally agree with your living OUT of your van comment. As we love biking we have a special bike trailer on our hitch that allows us to fold it away with bikes attaché, so that we can access the backdoors.
A very sensible and neat living area.
I really appreciated this video. I love that someone is actually content with something they have too. And I like the way you have your set up also
Who doesn’t love Static 🎈😎☀️🚛 Love the “I drink a lot of coffee” grin!
Awesome set up
Hi Scott! Wow already six and half years! Nice van tour and talk. Hope you can keep up your health in your van life journey. You are smart to be proactive and keeping away from garbage food. It’s the only way to go. Stay safe out there and will see you again soon😊
You seem like a real nice bloke, I bet you've saved a small fortune not paying rent and not eating out, I wish you all the best mate from new zealand.
You have been an inspiration and continue to be

Congratulations on your 6 years, that's awesome.
The less to have to deal with and minimal living would be awesome. Good for you. Maybe someday I will be doing the same.
Living self sufficient will become more and more important in the coming years .... mark my words ...
