    I love the pot where did you get it from? I just made this dish today for the first time. I should have pulled it out the over sooner but the cream was runny and I didn't understand that it thickens when you pull it out of the oven and let it sit, but I will consider this lesson learn and the next one will be even better

    Slice potatoes towards the end, they oxidize. (Get brown)
