@FlySlideProductions What's wrong with crying? It's ok to cry to express your love for something. But tears aside, Nats full face helmet is a Bell Drop with a Charlie visor. Or you could wear sunglasses which will also keep the wind out your eyeballs.

@xTheUnleashedx get a stiff board with concave, grippy fun wheels, and just ease your way into it. its one of the most fun things ive ever done and i cant see myself stopping.

How did you edit the color flashes in? My gut says that you filmed flashes and put that clip on an overlaying layer at like 10% opacity. Or did you keyframe the whole thing? How..? How!? It looks fantastic!
So that effect is called film burns. Originally its from old film cameras when the film would get too much exposure and would burn. The easiest way to do that effect is to download a stock footage of film burn from like youtube then put it over your video at a low opacity.
In addition to your answer: films burns are usually warm flashes. The effect as used in this video is more colorful and usually referred to as the light leaks effect. Thanks again!
