- This is the first Hardwood log we have sawn on our LT40! Just wanted to compare it to the pine we have been sawing. It blazes though pine logs, and from the looks of it today, it will do the same thing to OAK! Thanks so much for watching! Like, Comment, and Subscribe!!!

Brittany is the heart of the business. Without her it just a plain video of milling lumber
What makes you think Brittany isn't there? She dyed her hair dude.
great to watch the process....so interesting to see how its done...congrats
That new woodmizer is putting in the work and making it easier on you and Brittany so it was a wise purchase! Plus i gotta say i love the new hair color Brittany!
After watching this video I believe that you REALLY need the board return for the mill. I'll bet it will save you 1 hour per day.
Great video.
You’re lovin that LT-40 and it’s doing a great job for you. Good decision.
Yes indeed!
A suggestion: Next time stage the tractor between the mill and the sawhorses for faster and easier slab removal.
Y'all are a great team, producing great content, well worth subscribing to!
Good stuff guys.
Looks like the sawmill is doing good for yall
Awesome job with the new saw👍
Thanks for watching!
Looks like you all are going to like this new machine.
Nice job :) like the LT 40 a lot!
I just made the same upgrade. amazing difference!
Good morning T & B! 👋🤠
That's machine is awesome. Lots more production, less wear on the Ole back.
Agreed!!!
None of my political folks did shows today, but you guys who work for a living did. So we really appricate it😁
For your saw dust 55 gal.drum with wheels on the bottom. it would rooll bavk and forth with the mizer.
That is a heck of a machine. Good decision on your part to buy the new machine.
Assuming you're talking about an 8 hour day and ending at 1pm, that is well over a 30% increase in productivity, that is beyond outstanding. Something to think about on your new mill if you think it would help you, ( I know you could engineer it) is a board return, that catches the cut board and brings it back to where you were standing. I was thinking this could easily be applied and could cut more steps for you but hey it's your mill do what you want....You are an amazing you man and well deserving on this new machine. Blessing to you and your family.
I will be adding a board drag back very soon! Thanks so much for the kind words!
I would make a small hopper under the sawdust discharge and install a trip bar on the far end of the travel and trip the dust into a skip pan on each pass but I would not trip the hopper until the slats are removed and you were sawing boards.
I have found cutting oak you will find some with stress. Leave the boards on top until you cut the stack so they don’t raise up off the bed. Glad to see the Hydraulic Upgrade!! All the best and Happy Holidays
That sure is some nice warm weather you all have down there in Mississippi up north here in ohio it's arctic Temps right now.
I'm a little disappointed that you don't have Brittany working with you. You and her are a team and expected to always be working together
Me too. I thought they were a team😢😢
I think she Was on the camera
Happy day after Thanksgiving!
The only thing I don't like about those mills is it's electric hydraulic instead of a regular hydraulic pump
Nice to see that Brittany doesn't have to do all the hard work now
You need rollers set up where its easy to slide the cut lumber on to move it
Now you need a blower system set up on the mill so you don't have to shovel sawdust
Hello my friend. I enjoy your videos very much and I love your new Mill
This is Ed Miller from Greenville SC. What state are you in?
This may be a bit unusual but I couldn't watch the first video of the LT40 even though I wanted to. My Dad (God rest his soul) had bought an LT40 WOODMIZER in 2011 and practically gave it away in 2014 because of his mental disorder that he was later diagnosed with. That's why I built my own sawmill. It's paid for and nobody else can just take it away from me. I'd give it and much more if I could just have him back
With the new mill you should be doing almost 2 loads of pallet wood a week
Looks like you guys like the new mill, it did a fantastic job on that log..........always good to have a extra off loader makes the job better for all
Agreed!
Hey man when you going to let Britney run the Lt40 hey on lumber capital log yard they have two teenage girls running their mill it ‘s a LT 40 they doin the same thing yall are doin lov y’all’s videos have a good day
Recommend 2 things…leave oak boards in place until log cut…and get a skid steer with grapple. It turns in it’s own footprint eliminating time to maneuver and line up a tractor in position. Just sayin. Been there, done that.
I use my 30 horse four wheel drive John deer
Forgot.............the board return will also save a lot of back-breaking offbearing.
Where do you get all your logs? I’m new to your site. I’m sure you have said before.
Waooww,itu kayu jenis apa,kelihatan keras sekalii🎉
Red oak.
Thanks for great shows, like Brittany's hair an liked the blonde too,,,But was JUST WONDERING ,what is her Natural color? Just wondering that's all.
Hi guys, you should put the bark slotter attachment! See ‘Lumber Capital Log Yard’ their’s is lt40. also.
do you have a feed adjustment for harder woods or do you run it all the same?
Yes it has a dial for that.
Board return?????????? Can you add one??
How much will that tractor lift ? How many hp
Being oak that should hold up a lot longer in the pine
OK I give up What state are yall in?
If you mill a lot of oak 7 degree blades work the best
That was actually a 7 on the mill. It came with a pack of 7 degree. I typically run 10 degree for pine.
@@wallacefarmandsawmill 👍
that machine makes it easier for Brittney , she's not a very big gal and no use of her wearing her body out totin all those heavy logs up on the deck .
I'm confused - you said the customer wants 2x8 so you're going to cut 1.5x7??? That means finished the wood would be 1x6.5 - if it were me I would refuse that order.... or did I just hear you wrong?
Manual log turning….boo but hydraulic automated super fantastic!

Britney (or Britanny) ? hates the cold weather as she has to wear leggings , jeans and dungies. You see ,when its warm all those things stay at home and bikinis, cut off denims and shorts take over the vestibule , then we, love her so much as her gorgeous pins are on view for all of You Tube to admire . So There !
And I don't like the electric clutch
How do i get in touch with you about buying that one you got for sale?
