A small tip for people in 2022 who have tried everything on a 64 bit pc. i downloaded all the visual CCs and it still gave me the error. I thought to reinstall the application and noticed it was only available in 32bit so you must download the 32 bit visual CCs. to be safe i downloaded 2013-22 if youre having this code with the PS2 emulator

Quick Tip- If your game is 64bit and you see x86 file in red, then simply download the 64 bit dll and then delete the x86bit dll from the file's location and paste the 64bit dll on the file location.

@@Heohora make sure you do every step correct, if the program you want to run is 64bit open it with depends.exe (64bit version)... Otherwise you might consider formatting or repairing your Windows os
