Mera ek que tha , maine flipkart se realme buds air 5 purchase kiya tha jo 19 sep ko deliver huva par usmai kuch defect tha isiliye maine realme service center jaake use submit kiya toh unhone ek jobsheet di fir bola hum aapko call krke inform kr denge fir unka 5 pm ko call aaya ki aapka earbud ready hai le jaaiye ,fir unhone mujhe replace krke ek naya unit diya aur jobsheet le liya vapas ,par unhone jo replaced unit diya uska color DEEP SEA BLUE hai aur maine jo flipkart se purchase kiya tha vo ARTIC WHITE tha toh agar firse mujhe service center mai submit krne ki jarurat padi toh kya vo mera WHITE color vale earbuds ka BILL hai vo accept karenge kyuki bill mai jo color aur serial no. mentioned hai vo ye replaced unit se alag hai?
