I remember going here before, around 2011-2012 if I recall correctly. Man, it was a weird trip tho, I remember seeing some priest (he sticked like a sore thumb for me to still remember about him) and I kinda eavesdropped on him saying that something is wrong Not long after, idk what it was but something happened that caused what I would call a "gravity shift", damaging the whole facility, and that priest just started levitating and the next thing I knew was that he then was moving to and fro at lightning speed. I don't remember much after it, the last thing I remember was that it started raining hard after all of that
We live 20 miles from Kennedy Space Center. It is the BEST experience you will have. when they reveal Atlantis, it will bring tears! I have lived here for a year and would Love to go again.
I mean-- I went yesterday, and it was one of the most boring places I have gone to in a while. It had fun moments, like when on the control room the entire room shook, but other than that.. it was just empty.

@@cow3210 I absolutely adore science as I find it to be one of the most fascinating things in the world. There are so many questions we have unanswered, and will not answer at least in my life time. Yet, the place is boring after about 30 mins or so. There is little to explore, see, etc. We had multiple experiences that we had applied for extra and even then it felt like it was mainly made for kids. Things were explained in a very childish and non-serious manner, and it truly was just a day I could've done something else with. It was an expensive ride and trip, and I wish I would've done something else with it. That's all.
The food there was affordable and tasted like heaven. There were some japanese tourists having a fight with an italian priest, but it didn't ruin the trip
Bridget Plyer True I was there with my family, we went to Disney world, epcot, kennedy, sea world and animal kingdom, and I must say that it was amazing. I'm not from America either so it was extra special.
I was born in the early 60's. At Primary School we did a project on the Apollo missions. I was hooked. I visited the complex a couple of years ago. To see the Saturn 5 Rocket was just indescribable. And the icing on the cake was witnessing a rocket launch. (Falcon 9). Truly a boyhood dream come true.
That would have been Shuttle Explorer, now mounted on the back of one of the Boeing 747 Shuttle Carrier Aircraft, on display at the Johnson Spaceflight Center.
I was there in 2015 with my two cousins and spent all day one summer day. We saw almost everything but did not quite finish it. It is a very fascinating and educational experience.
As mentioned earlier in this comment section, you can also view an entire Saturn V rocket from underneath at the space museum in Huntsville, Al. There are actually two Saturns on display -- one is a full scale mockup that is mounted vertically and inside is one suspended from the ceiling, like the one at the cape. Well worth a visit if you are in the Huntsville area.
I was there once.. it was so incredible...I met an astronaut , saw the launch pads , and went to IMAX.. the film was called The Dream is Alive.. some of it was filmed on Challenger..it was an amazing day..I would love to go back
I was lucky enough to visit KSC when I was 9 or 10 years old, now that I'm 36, looks like I have to pay off mortgage and hopefully one day visit all air and space museums across the State with my family
I remember going to the Kennedy Space Center when I was eight years old. A lot of the stuff mentioned in this video was not presents back then, but I do remember going to the Meet An Astronaut luncheon, they served a little dessert that looked like a Space Shuttle It’s on my bucket list to one day go back, especially to walk under Saturn V and ride the launch simulator
I went there, but there was a priest and gravity started feeling really weird then, time started to accelerate very quickly so the universe condensed itself and expanded again creating a new universe where my family didn't exist, however, I saw somebody with the family birthmark after this wacky process. I would say it was a [MADE IN HEAVEN] experience.

Can anyone list the names of the astronauts on the Muriel at Kennedy Space Centre. Visited recently and it was amazing but didn't note their names. Thanks.
They should have connected one of the full scale display space shuttles to that tank and booster to show a full completed stack! that would of been unreal. Just tank and boosters like is like a half finished job.
This place is unlike any other when it comes to the history of space exploration. When we parked and I got out of the car, I actually cried when I got out of the car. It was a dream of mine for 12 years to go here (we went in fall 2021). You're doing yourself a disservice by not going!
i never saw a lot since my parents had to go very early. i never really did anything here because of them. i hope next time i can do atleast something fun instead just of doing nothing when i go there next time
this is so educational, especially for someone as i am, not very knowledgeable about the many space programs. i wish i could afford, one day, to go and visit.
