I can fully believe that 1/4 to 1/3 of lunchables are consumed by adults. Lunchables make a great easy meal/snack for elderly folks. My grandmother with dementia liked it because it was something she could easily feed herself without help and it was the perfect amount of food for her.
Considering my grandfather had very strict basic tastes and I basically only ever saw him eating pizza, ritz crackers with cheese, Subway sandwiches, and mini Milky Way bars, maybe we should’ve given Lunchables a shot

I used to eat the pizza lunchables all the time, litterally every day. One time my family was on vacation and I had a pizza lunchable at the pool. I had made the pizzas and I went back into the pool so that the sun could ‘cook’ the pizzas. I came back a couple minutes later to check on them and they were gone. I asked my mom what happened and she said she thought that I had forgot about them so she ate them. That was 10 years ago and I still hold it against her.
I had a similar situation but it was reversed. My mom had brought home some tacos in a bag and after I had consumed my portion I noticed there was another lonely taco at the bottom of the bag. Everyone was gone so I thought it was extra and just ate it. Instead it was supposed to be for my mom and she just hadn't grabbed it for whatever reason

I am a grown man and will happily admit that I still eat lunchables on occation. I like the nostalgic simpleness it gives to chosing lunch. Reminds me of better times :)
I like the taste and I think about getting them sometimes... but then I realize I'd need to eat like 3 to be satisfied and that costs too much to justify as a meal for the quality of food that they are lol.
