@@HeathRilesBBQ I put the ribs in it and had the potluck lunch at work today, It was a hit from many people, I also switched out the regular Jack Daniels for The Honey flavor, I didn’t mention that part since I work for a trucking company lol some things are just better left untold lol Thank you for the inspiration, love watching your videos. Yeah, definitely. You can truly substitute any meat you want. Brisket, ground beef, pulled pork, whatever you prefer.

Key to some good baked beans is brown sugar imo. Can always use less or a substitute
