I LOVE my huion and they actually do replace the tablet if something fails before the warranty is up. I love the tablet and the company, I cannot recommend them enough.
Lets say you got a regular tablet.. & you got the option to buy either a 16inch display pen (albeit Full HD only) & 13 inch 2.5k res. Would you pick the smaller one for a more crisp display to work with.. or settle for regular 1080 in exchange for more screen space?
That's a great question and I think I can give you a nice opinion since I own both. The 16 inch gives you a lot of room. If you have enough space in your desk and you draw big pieces and use your full arm ( as you should) then this size is perfect. Full hd is nice and it looks good. If you are more into sculpting and texturing and need shorter strokes as well as more space in your desktop the 13 inch is ideal. Specially if you are also going to transport it to work with your laptop. And to be honest the 2.5k display looks amazing, I can compare it to the retina display of ipads. Super crisp and colorful. Both options re great . Personally thanks to this gift I am going to be using both. But if I had to choose I would go with the 13 inch 2.5k due to the screen and the portability. Hope this helps!
pen and mouse .it feel so difference . when we go deep as 3D artist . how about substance painter and substance designer ? have u try those with tablet?
Nice video ! :) I started modelisation on Blender for few month now and I want to do some sclupt. It's better to start with this tablet or a tablet without screen and wich one ?
Hey Abe, I was thinking about getting the 16 as i thought that the 13 screen size may be too small for Zbrush / Blender. Do you find the 13 screen size big enough for digital sculpting?
great question, and yes i do thinkg it is big enough for sculpting. If you are going to do a lot of painting or drawing a bigger size might be better, due to the wide range of motions we usually do when drawing with the whole arm. But for sculpting 13 is really nice, i wouldnt go any lower tho, i know there are som like 10 inch ones and they definitely feel smaller, even the ipad at 11 inches feels a little small sometimes
I was thinking of getting the Huion Kamvas Pro 13. (it's not the 2.5K version) do you think it has excellent quality?? (as my first tablet to work with Zbrush)

GOOD TO KNOW! I have been debating about picking up a Wacom display but this may be the play now :D
Yeah I have been using Huion for the past 3 years with zero issues. For the price and quality I think this is the best option

Hello again, I’m now trying to choose a tablet for zbrush and I don’t know which is better, big or small ?
Your definitely gonna need big but if you have a lower budget start with a small one and then later u can upgraded
i have huion kamvas 16, and pen pressure don't work with substance painter :(

@@Bridge-Studio-Arts yes this needs a PC. It is not a standalone tablet
Can you render 3d animation on it?
It works as a screen so yes you can see your 3d animations in it
@@AbeLeal3D thats messed up
It’s weird how the 13 Pro (2.5) is better than the 16 Pro in nearly all aspects, despite being the older model…?
Display tablets are way better than graphic tablet 🔥
i agree and i think they are more affordable than they were 10 years ago
