    Hi sir, i am your follower from 2006, I didn't have any problem till now, when i moved to dubai , i got cholenergic urticaria, if i go to sun or if i do exercise , i get rash and it lost 30 minutes. Please explain how to get relif from it. doctor suggested anti histamines, but i am not ready to take medicine life long.. please make video sir..

      Am also follower of manthena garu.. I too have this problem once upon a time.. By drinking plenty of water you can get rid of this.. this remedy was suggested by manthena garu when i was in his asramam🙏
