    Hi I started the same last week i.e., 17/12/2020 my weight was 103.5 my present weight is on 23/12/2020 is 98.6 kg.

    some doctors are saying taking high volumes of protiens is not good for Kidneys. but as you said, 1g of protien needed for 1Kg body weight. Is it per day? Lets assume per day. Then if we eat sprouts of 100g , how much protien does it contain? i see in the internet sources, but i want the answer from Dr. Mantena garu, please? because every day eating sprouts is a big deal, also to get so many fruits and vegetables is costly affair.
