Saura e-mitra for Saura Swasthya

In partnership with the Karnataka State Government, SELCO Foundation has customized the DIGIT platform to meet program needs, registered health facilities, onboarded staff, trained local service providers, and set up an Operations and Maintenance unit to track issues and ensure timely resolution. Saura e-Mitra is a digital platform designed to keep track and maintain decentralized solar energy infrastructure, making sure energy is always available when needed. Built on eGov's open-source platform DIGIT, Saura e-Mitra makes maintenance easy and effective with features like facility registration, issue reporting, and vendor coordination. Health staff can easily report any problems in real-time, right from their mobile devices. The platform ensures that issues are quickly verified and assigned to the right vendor for prompt action.
