    Favorite habit ko talaga is yung matulog ng 7 to 8 hrs kasi kapag di ako nakakatulog ng maayos nagkakasakit talaga ako yung di ko magawa ng maayos ang mga activities na kailangan ko sa araw na yun. Nanghihina ako at nawawalan ng gana. Kaya malaking tulog talaga yung matulog sa tamang oras para yung full of energy kapag time na sa work. 🥰🥰

      Super agree! Ang tamang tulog ng 7 to 8 hours ay talagang game-changer. 💤 Kapag kulang, ramdam mo agad sa katawan at productivity. Kailangan talaga ng sapat na pahinga para all-out energy tayo sa trabaho at activities. Thanks for sharing! 😊

    Alarm din po ako pag gising ako ganyan ako talaga prepare ako maayus ..Minsan nd ako katulog ma'aga ganda talaga tulog maaga.. Hilig ako sulat my mga important na matter Saka mga gagawin.. ❤❤❤❤❤❤Ayaw ko gulo dn dmt ko ayus ko dn po hehe pareho tau sis bigay ko mga nangangailangan kagaya nasa labas na tao dmt ko pagkain masarap kasi tumulong iba...

    Ako po madaling Araw nag aaral...❤❤❤make sure ko nd ako traffic byahe kasi malayo pasukan ko ..dapat magpasalamat po talaga tayu blessings tama po yan..Off dn ako groups ingay po kasi hehe karelate po ako sainyo sis..Ayaw ko dn maingay kasama ko gabi hehe papahinga kasi ako.. Wala kami tv kaya nd kami nanunuod...Social media mabilis talaga balita ayaw ko rin nakakarinig chismis fb...Sarap dn talaga kumain haha pag my budget.. Happy movies dn ako kasi masaya 😂 manuod

Social media naman, agree ako, mabilis talaga balita pero minsan mas okay din na umiwas sa mga chismis at negativity. And yes, happy movies are the best pang-relax after a long day!
