With all due respect to JK Sir, kindly do not misguide student by saying there is nothing like depression. Many students comitted suicide by going into that phase. Depression is real and it doesn't happen only by thinking that I am depressed so it will create. Infact if someone is depressed he/she should spoke about this and seek medical help. Pls do not mix sadness with depression. It is medical illness not just sadness. Do not demean people who are feeling stuck in these course and diagnosed with depression.taking medicine, therapy. Many students admire JK sir. So sir should not pass such wrong msg.
He is smart.... when he knows that class are at decline stage and other faculty start their own subject class through pd or online then he decided to sale the class to veranda .... That's classic decision....one must know when to exit
I'm a future chartered Accountant from mumbai who is going to pursue Ca course in guidance and teaching of jk shah commerce classes Borivali branch.......
please either make your own notes or go for specialise faculty for each subject (there too prepare self summary notes and not entirely rely) but not take combo ca final and just rely on lectures as they'll hit you very hard in ca final preparations and last 1.5 day. The reason is that i myslef was relying on FR marathon lectures and LDR Questions of other faculty and not even wanted to touch JKSC Book in last 1.5 days that much content and worst books they provide, same for SFM, I had to prepare my self by making notes from Module as they never taught Theory and concepts and only had major focus on 30 to 40 sums (sometimes 60) in a single chapter which worsen my situation on last 1.5 days and i was only able to refer my self made concept notes and go for exam even without refering LDR Questions. Also i had to take xerox of Audit on 1 day before exam (except SAs as i had my hand written notes for SA but not for new Stds and chapters) which helped me a lot along with marathon lectures of few faculty who takes day and night marathon rev 1 day before exam, i only heard professional ethics from youtube video and it helped me. Also in IDT, I had to change my textbook as i was not making notes of IDT (notebook and not JKSC Nitin Nahar Textbook where in last day you see everything like scribblings) so... just be well prepared in advance. This is what i can ask you so that you don't get attempt like me 😢

I was a student way back in 1998. The accounts and taxation professors were useless. All the students in my batch complained to Prof J K Shah. But he refused to replace them. He asked us to get lost if we were not satisfied with the coaching. No refund of fees. He was a very arrogant person

Bakwas they started batch in indore and closed in middle because they didn't find enough student for the batch such a profit motive coaching class
They wasted months and closed by giving one notice 🙂
Same in Raipur as well
Same in covid situation they took the fees but didn't provided guidance and support... They are all about concerned with profit
